Fabulous small but functional room, located easy access above train station but quiet location, great value breakfast. Nothing

The building is great, and the facilities and breakfast are really good. The lounge is nice, and the location is good. My room wasn't that great; some of the pictures look better than my room.

We had great stay! Everything and everywhere is so clean. I have asked more firm pillows they did provided them in my room which really helps my sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure was strong. Breakfast offered a lot of international food. Right beside the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish the breakfast off more of Japanese food instead majority food they offered were international.

The hotel is nice and modern! The breakfast wears really nice and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We booked a standard twin room which was ridiculously small. There wasn’t enough room for even two suitcases. The hotel offers air conditioned rooms but the hotel is limited at 20 degrees but I like it at 16. The hotel would not budge in moving the temperature. The mattress was extremely hard, like sleeping on a table. Having said all of this the manager kindly moved us to a bigger room which was a lot better but still had a v hard mattress!

Omgosh it was the best hotel we have stayed at in 4 weeks! Absolutely amazing. Clean, spacious, lots of little things like face masks and toiletries to share with the guests ! The staff are very nice, they have coffee to make from the machine or purely from beans being grated. I was honestly so sad I only booked 5 days, but we would never leave if we stayed longer and we have to see Japan ! Everything about this place is luxury Nothing to NOT like. Everything was amazing

Location is not ideal for us as we wanted to have access to food and shopping anytime. Family mart at the lobby helped though. All day coffee at the lobby was a plus. Location. Altho access to train station is at the basement of the hotel.

Close to subway, the bakery right outside the hotel is magnificent. Quiet part of town Not close to my favorite coffee shop (Blue Bottle Coffee) but honestly nothing I didn’t like about it!!!

This place is great! The lounge adds a huge bonus- place to eat, chill, hang out, and we had djs 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. Super cool. Love the evening offerings of facial creams and masks. I definitely looked better checking out than checking in !! Breakfast was great, with western and Japanese offerings, but it was exactly the same every day. A bit of variety might be nice for longer staying guests.

The hotel is updated & has a very modern lobby/common space. The hotel is right above a train station which makes getting around easy. The price was very good, especially since we stayed over a weekend. The rooms are on the smaller side but that’s typical for Japan. The breakfast could have been better.

Facility was extremely clean, staff was friendly for the most part. Was severed semi raw chicken at the bar.

The property was clean and well maintained with a fresh inviting atmosphere. I specially liked the pleasant scent upon entering the hotel. The lobby was also well-designed and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing evening or getting some work done. One downside of my stay was that the rooms were quite small though this is fairly typical of most hotels in Japan.
