Very nice rooms and location close to subway station

yes the room was small but its Japan and its expected, we had a great stay the bed was comfy Would recommend and would stay here again (would upgrade to a bigger room if possible) The reception was always busy so if you need something be ready to wait. Otherwise the staff are super helpful

It was a short walk from the station so it was very easy to go to and from other locations in osaka, we were also located near many convenience stores so very convenient There was a laundy room inside which made it easier to do laundry during odd times (eg late at night/early morning) The laundry room was not working on the first night. There were fewer staff that could speak English - which is fine but is something to be aware of. The rooms were also very small - we could not bring the luggages to the main room, and we could barely walk from the beds because the gap was so small.

Location, very close to 2 stations Very small rooms. We paid for 4 people But only got room with 3 single beds. Very congested and they advertise it 6 people can stay in this room. It’s false advertising. When I contacted customer service at the hotel they said they don’t have rooms with 4 beds.

We had the most pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff were very courteous. They tried their best to communicate although they have very little english. Rom was big and clean with a sala. It could have been better if there were English translation of resto menu and other signages.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Keihan. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a full day of sightseeing. Our room was perfect for our group since it had three beds for three people, which is not always easy to find in Japan. The location was also very convenient — it’s near train stations, making it simple to travel around Osaka. There were also convenience stores nearby, which was very helpful for quick snacks and essentials. Breakfast was another highlight — a good variety and very satisfying start to the day. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which included Japanese choices. It was close to the train station and we were also able to walk to Osaka castle Bathroom was quite small but adequate for a one night stay

Everything!! The location is exceptional for our winter trip. The staff are helpful, courteous and they are always ready to lend a helping hand. The room is enough for a family of 3 and we really appreciate the facilities. Nothing. We will always choose hotel keihan everytime we are in Osaka.

Quiet neighborhood, location is near the subway, A lot of kombinis in the area No option for full double or queensized bed. Only two single beds attached together. Not too comfortable for my part as we are 3 in the bed (2 adults, 1 kid)

Always exceptional staff. Needed luggage storage and transport with bulk gear. Nothing too much trouble.

The amenities provided to you if you forgot anything. The water daily was nice touch. WiFi provided was nice. The room was a little small. The price doubled in a year. We stayed here last year and I noticed the price significantly went up. Breakfast was a very small tight venue- need better dining area.

Room was very clean and perfect size for me. location was excellent, right the center for the night life. I was able to walk out of the hotel and find the metro entrance and food all over the place.

Location is so near kitahama and yodoyabashi stations. Very convenient as it is walking distance as well to 3 convenience stores, park, a lot of good eating places. None
