It's not super fancy and a little traditional, no shoes, no tattoos in spa, etc. Less comfy than I woulda thought, one pillow, adequate mattress.

everything good

The bed was very comfortatble. I slept very well during my stayed Room is a bit small and Onsen was too crowded
-
It exceed my expectations in every way. The room was well designed, quiet and comfortable with a good view. Breakfasts were delicious and the hot spring was heavenly. On-site laundry was a plus. Close to the m-line subway station. Walking distance from several museums. Of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed so far, this is miles ahead of the other two. If and when I return to Japan, I plan of staying at this hotel chain exclusively. It was all top notch, there was nothing I didn’t like

Love this chain so much. Fifth time staying at an Onyado Nono and always a wonderful experience - the onsen, the tatami, the nightly noodles, the cleanliness and comfort. Hard to say...

Clean and kids friendly

The location was excellent - near a lovely part of the city and with quick access to public transportation. The breakfast was outstanding. Services, like the onsen, massage chairs, and quiet space were excellent as well. No particular problems that I can think of.

The hotel and location were terrific. One of the people on our party had tattoos that were too large to cover so they couldn't enjoy the onsen. I know tattoos have negative connotations in Japan, but we hoped as it's a larger chain that it might be more tattoo friendly. The hotel was still awesome (I rated it very highly), but it was just a slight disappointment as one person had to skip the bath and sauna.
-
Clean, slightly larger room than other hotels in the price category, amazing staff, great breakfast. No complaints at all.
-
Location required you to always get on a train to go to Umeda or Namba.
-
I liked the location, the breakfast was fine, at other Dormy Inns they have an espresso or capuchino option. We would have liked that. The onsen was not clean, one of the times i went in, there were people singing, spraying water from the showers all over, using multiple of the small basins as toys, drinking liquids. It was quite unpleasant; they were clearly not following the guidelines and it felt very uncomfortable. It would be nice it staff came through and made sure it was safe and pleasant for everyone.

Close to Osaka Station, lots of restaurant choices. Pillows are hard

We have been traveling in Japan for 10 days having a wonderful hotel experiences. This one was distinct and really quite delightful and unusual ways. The Japanese friend had encouraged me to stay at a door. Me in in this experience allowed me to understand a whole other side of Japanese hospitality and travel habits while not flashy, the experience felt in its own way luxurious and Gracious in the amenities offered during our stay. The majority of guests (ourselves included ) moved around the hotel in the pajama sets provided by the hotel. A wonderful Onsen facility, complementary soba noodles in the late evening with popsicles and massage chairs all included Service for the room. The staff was incredibly helpful and facilitating the transport of some excess luggage to a future hotel destination so we didn’t have to carry it around in every way this was an exceptional experience. Everything

Easily accessible to many stations in the area. Staff always available & attentive. Great onsen, sauna & bath, with treats after. Late night noodles, happy hour & breakfast were all great. Do not skip the buffet breakfast! No notes! Keep up the good work.
-
Yodoyabashi location isn’t as great as Tokyo Onyado Nono. It’s a step or two below.
-
Cleanliness, buffet breakfast, latenight soba, onsen-pretty much everything! It gets busy on the weekends.
-
Business district location, which makes it very calm and quiet. Close to the metro that makes it very easy to reach the main points of interest within 20 minutes. Additionally, the hotel had a great breakfast, an onsen and other amenities (free ice cream, late-night ramen snack, etc.) The double room size is fairly small. It was much smaller than the pictures presented. Upon arrival, we asked to change rooms, and with a small extra charge, we upgraded to a larger room.
