Good location very near to Kitahama station. 7-11 right opposite to the hotel was a life saver for food. Rooms are tiny.

The room was a tad small.

Great location, just near by the metro station. Room was very clean and shower was great. Every item you’ve needed for staying is already in the room. Hair brush, toothbrush, shampoo etc.

The room was great, clean and decently spacious (considering Japan median). The bathroom was the star of the show. The best bathroom I've had during my vacations in Japan. 10/10 recommend. 5min on foot from the nearest metro station. Free water bottles are a plus!

Very nice room, good neighborhood close to metro station and several great, non-touristy restaurants. Attractive hotel all around. I looked at the breakfast buffet but wasn’t impressed and the buffet price was recently increased. I decided against having it. The hotel was not inexpensive but I still thought a good value.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was nice, we had all we needed, it was close to metro easy to travel The breakfast was poor, no any kind of cheese .

The room is big compared to normal japan standards. I just observed one instance that happened during the last full day before checkout. We asked to Make Up Room as usual i the morning before we left, but when we arrived back in the afternoon, the room was clean but you can see a pair of slippers not properly arranged on the floor and the sleeping robe from the night before still on the sofa. I think they might have overlooked doing a final scan after cleaning the room. Nothing to dislike.

Out of the 10 hotels we stayed at during our journey, this was definitely our favorite. It’s located in a business district, so it’s very peaceful at night but still feels active during the day. There are several metro stations nearby (just a few minutes' walk) and plenty of great local restaurants in the area. The room was incredibly spacious—much larger than what you typically find in Japan for this price range—and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional; they even brought our bags (sent via courier service) up to our room. A huge plus for us was the unlimited bottled water available in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient. They also have a coin laundry, and the front desk was happy to exchange bills for coins. Although we didn't try the breakfast, they do offer it. This is officially our new favorite hotel chain! We enjoyed everything.

The location of the hotel is near the kitahama station (200 m) .. 2 stops only to Namba, Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice .. everything is easy. Me and my family stay for 5 night and the size of the room is quite large compared with other hotel so it’s easy to pack and unpack the luggage The size of the room that quite large, near Kitahama station and lots of seven eleven that open 24 hours , supermarket (at Kitahama plaza ), family mart etc

Great location! Quieter area of Osaka but close to the station to get anywhere you need! Convenient for people with suitcases! Room was also very clean and the bathroom was incredible. Rooms are on the smaller size, but it still fit 3 people good! Only struggle was with luggages.

Great location near subway Mattress was not great. Breakfast was disappointing, no fresh fruit, cheese. Breakfast at all our other hotels in Japan were far superior.
