This hotel was a great deal, in a very convenient location, and I was very comfortable! They have washing machines available and give you free bottles of water. It was so close to the metro, you really can get anywhere. The bathroom even had a tub next to the shower. The staff was nice too!

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, situated just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around Osaka incredibly easy. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.A really thoughtful touch that we loved was the complimentary bottled water placed near the elevators, allowing you to grab what you needed whenever you went up or down. The room was on the smaller side, which is typical for Japan, but it was spotless, well-organized, and worked perfectly fine for a 2 to 3-day stay. Highly recommended for a short, convenient trip!

Perfect location to see local activities and amazing food in the area and on site It was all amazing I just hope that staff liked the Kit Kats from Sacramento California. So don’t change keep up the good work

The staff was amazing and willing to assist. I had a few issues (not with the hotel), but they helpt me willingly. I loved the room. It had a couch and a table, which I used more than I would have thought. I can't explain, but loved taking a shower. The waterjets were relaxing me and made me not want to get out of the shower. I also appreciate the laundry status on the tv. I have nitpick at this moment. Because it was a great hotel. They offered water bottles at the elevators, but would be nice have them in the room. Imagine in the morning, I want to make some tea or coffee and I did not pick up a bottle of water beforehand. May make the laundry status on the tv more visable. I encountered a few guests when I was at the washing machine that were not aware that they could use the tv to look up which washing mashine was available. The lighting switchbox was a bit confusing. Maybe it is just me, but I was constantly trying to find the perfect lighting condition. I would eventually, but it took some tries of pressing the button's.
