The bed was nice, the room was spacious. The aircon worked logically and kept my room cool. The free drinks were nice to have. The cleaning could have been done with a little more attention to detail around the bath edges, but the rest of the room was clean.

Convenient area to the Castle, nice compact room, breakfast was decent but I only did it one day and enjoyed going to surrounding areas. GREAT Indian restaurants nearby

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was a bit small, which is typical in Japan, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. one major issue I encountered was with the refrigerator in the room. It was not functioning properly and was too weak to keep food cold. Unfortunately, some of the food we stored ended up spoiling, which was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with various food items, including coffee, milk tea, and soft drinks. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing in particular. Everything was good and comfortable.

Great value spot. Room was clean, had a bathtub, had a free option to skip room service and just have towels/garbage bag delivered, and free soft drink station (albeit small selection). Room had a small water boiler appliance, mini fridge, and reusable plastic cups. Light switches are right next to the bedside for convenience. A short walk to the Sekaisuji line. The lobby has a free luggage scale if you go overboard on souvenirs. The mini outside patio doesn't do the rest of the place justice.

Great location, several subway stations, good dining and shopping options nearby, Free drink bar was great bonus Daily cleaning service, room a bit small, view from window to the wall.

Breakfast didn’t have much options, the staff responsible for it was too small and often some items were missing, it seems that only one person was responsible in doing everything so the chef was overwhelmed by the demand, definitely they need one more to help her. Also when I turned the AC a strange smell was very bad so we needed to turn it off.

Yamato and the Korean girl that helped me when my I lost my luggage, thank you so so so much. You were the absolute sweetest and found my luggage in 30 minutes. The staff is so sweet and I had such a comfortable stay. Yamato and the Korean girl deserve the most!!!
