Good location: it is a bit far from the metro stations, but you can walk to most of the major Osaka attractions from there, and even go take the train to Nara easily. The slippers that are shared, not single use. Beyond that, nothing major to complain about.

Hotel was the most expensive we stayed in Japan and we could compare, staff seemed a bit impatient with us, no room service, and a little inconvenience with towels, trash, different from other hotels in Japan.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was a close walk to the train station. The staff were very nice and accommodating and speak some English. The hotel room was very dirty, the fans and ventilation has not been dusted in a very long time as dust was coated to the vents and wall. The shower floor looked suspicious, i showered with flip floops on. We even found a small amount of blood on our sheets as well. Once we arrived, we found other peoples hair throughout the space, and the floors were not well vaccumed. It was very hot in the room, therefore a room with AC is a must. To get your room cleaned, you need to pay extra yen, and towel services are only if you bring your towels to the front desk. You have to take out your own trash. Also, there is only 2 washers and dryers for the whole hotel, we didn't use them since they look broken down. There is a nice laundromat just 7 min walk away. Its a good budget hotel, but I would look elsewhere if you can.

Location and staff The “smoking rooms” didn’t look like they were ever cleaned. Now I know if you’re smoking there will be stench left behind however I was prepared for the dirty corners in each room the AC unit being covered in dirt and dead bug on the wall. I can compare the smell to walking into smoking section at the casino.

Overall, it was okay. I had trouble with the heater, which made knocking noise every night from 2 to 5 a.m. The problem was not solved even after I mentioned it to the reception. I did not sleep well for four nights.
