Excellent location right on the pedestrian shopping street, with a short walk to Dotonbori and convenient metro access. Spacious rooms. Large luggage locker room available for early arrivals, allowing guests to explore the city before check-in. The lounge is a wonderful spot to relax with sake and snacks after sightseeing. Ideal choice for shopping enthusiasts. Breakfast area offers a good selection of food, despite being busy. The hotel is older and the rooms are a little worn, in need of some updating. We expected better for the price we paid. We asked for a quiet room and were given one by the lift. Luggage forwarding service is not provided, which is surprising for a hotel of this size. Staff attempted to assist us orgainsing this on a few Japanese apps, We ended up having to take our luggage with us.

It’s classy and located in Namba Center right in the middle of all the energy of the area. Dotonbori is a 6 minute walk away, there is a Lawson next door, restaurants, casinos, karaoke bars, retail shops, entertainment, steps from your room. Most of all is the secure baggage storage option prior to check in, the generous lounge room available to guests and the laundry lounge room. That it is not located in other major cities across Japan, lol.

Location was okay if you want to be in the heart of the craziness. The carpet in the rooms was disgusting. Filthy, torn & stained. Room wasn’t nice at all.

We loved the location and amenities the hotel offered. It was quite comfortable having the lounge available. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding! My only complaint was the air conditioning didn’t seem to cool at all, so we were sweating in our room. I don’t know if the rooms are on one central system for heating and cooling, but if they are then they should offer a fan for those of us who might need one.

The property does not have a parking space...I had to carry my luggage about 100 meters to reach the property.

The hotel is located close to transit stations and is easily accessible and in general is in a great spot to access the other tourist areas of Osaka. The complimentary lounge with snacks and drinks is well appointed, clean and modern. A big plus is the large, well equipped laundry room (which is complimentary to use) and has a good amount of washers and driers available along with a coffee machine. They also offer complimentary baggage storage and a scale to weigh your baggaage just outside the room. The lobby and public areas are modern and well appointed but its a little surprising once you get to your room where there is a stark contrast to the other parts of the hotel. The rooms are generally clean and have everything you need, they are just old and a little worn looking (the wall-to-wall carpet especially). The lounge features a coffee machine but its only open from 2PM to 10PM daily and outside of those hours if you'd like to grab a coffee you need to go to the Laundry Room.

Has a lot to offer. Nice lounge that offers bites and drinks. Beautiful laundry facility with free washers and dryers. Outside patio area. Dining options attached to the hotel. Great central location. Beds were a bit small.

Location. Location. Location. It is so convenient, walking distance to almost everything. Free use of laundry and dryer, and access to lounge made me save some money. My only neg review is the room needs some upkeep. There were marks on the wall, maybe from luggages I assume, and carpet needs replacing, it is old and looks dirty.
