Location was perfect right next to the Daikokucho station only a 12 min train ride to Namba Station where you'll find shopping and food.

The room was a tad bit smaller than the one we stayed at in Tokyo (APA hotel too) since the luggages cannot be put under the beds but we were able to make amends with it hehe. As usual, the staff were very helpful and respectful all the time and the location most of all was the best part since it just in front of a metro station. I would always choose to stay in APA every chance I get to be in Japan. Nothing

I loved that the front desk receptionists helped me call a taxi to get to my next destination. I also love that they help safely store luggage before check-in as well! nothing to dislike :)

Carpet had stains, A/C was hard to use, did not like breakfast

The pillows felt like foam-wrapped bricks. Room was very small. I had no place to put my luggage except for wedged next to the bed. Luckily, I also used it as a bedaide tabesince I had none.

Stayed in an APA in Osaka and decided to stay again in Tokyo, very clean, a little bit more expensive than others we were looking at but was well worth it for the cleanliness and comfort!

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Another big plus is that we were able to leave our luggage after checkout, which made our travel plans much more convenient. I had an issue with the toilet—dirty water spilled out, and although the staff attempted to fix it, the problem wasn’t completely resolved. This made it unusable for certain needs. Additionally, after the repair, they did not replace the bath mat, which was unpleasant. This was a disappointing experience that affected my overall stay.
