Excellent location Pillows were a bit hard

The hotel was at a excellent location, within 10 lin walk to Airport train. Rooms are clean with good amenities. We especially live the Starbucks coffee machine they have available for guests, saved us lots of money each day. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay. The pillows are paper thin, found myself pretty much sleeping with nothing to support my head each time I woke up. Also the room faced directly at the train tracks, could be a huge issue for those light sleepers

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was small, but that is expected for Japan and was perfectly adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. When we needed a taxi, they immediately offered to call one for us, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, with the train station, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Another nice bonus was the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offered great value, a convenient location, and excellent service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. NA

Location Starbucks coffee for guest was great. Carpets looked horrible and I had horrible allergies upon arrival to the hotel seemed so dusty.

Good hotel I don’t, thus is stupid

I absolutely loved the location, which is extremely near the train station and makes it very easy to go anywhere. The staff were also incredibly helpful. On top of that, having free Starbucks drinks during the stay was a fantastic and much-appreciated perk! However, I was very disappointed with the hygiene of the toilet. Specifically, the bidet nozzle (the spray used after using the toilet) had visible stains and residue on it, which felt very unhygienic. Given that this is a hotel in Japan, I expected a much higher and stricter standard of cleanliness. It definitely needs deep and regular cleaning. Additionally, the trash can in the toilet was way too small and impractical for daily use.

The room (mostly the bathroom) was huge! This was the biggest room we had in Japan which was nice. We were both able to lay out our suitcases. The bathroom had a shower, tub, and a toilet/ counter area. Starbucks coffee was a nice add on. It was about a 12 minute walk to the nearest transit. After a long 20k mile day that was a bit of a burden sometimes, but all in all not too far!

The location was good, not far from our destinations. The hotel was generally in good shape. The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel was between large buildings with no green area nearby. There was a train line just beside the hotel. We first checked into a regular room, but it was so small we felt we could not breathe, and the window overlooked a construction site and a rubbish-loading truck. We went back to the front desk, asked them to upgrade our room, paid extra, and the upgraded room was acceptable.

The room was spacious, the bathrooms and toilets were clean, the kitchenette was well-provisioned, the bed was big and comfortable, but the pillows were a bit small and a bit hard.

Property was amazing & was just 5 minutes walk from the Namba station & Lawson was just right outside the hotel

Staff was kind, the three beds room was clean and good to stay for two adults and one child since three beds were put together. For breakfast, my mom and I enjoyed a salad bar, fish, and fried rice and my six years old boy liked a rice, seaweed, and mini donut. And a free beverage/coffee bar was always waiting for us after breakfast.

The best food and Rooms The rooms are so big

It’s close to Namba Nankai Station. The Reception Staff has no common sense. I added 2 guests' names in the booking with a comma, but she keeps saying my name doesn’t match the booking because she thinks it is only my name, not 2 guests’ names, even though I put a comma. When I told her the truth, she still argued with me. She’s so unprofessional. The partition between the bathroom and the bedroom is so thin and makes a loud noise when it moves. I don’t see any advantages in designing the room like this. The shelf blocks the power outlets. There are no tables so I have to place everything on the floor. The tissue box is broken and old. The edges of the bed are very hard and sharp. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.

It's really good that hotel provide softdink for free when you are tired from outside. Room is clean. Bathtub is good.
