Was easy to find and everything was clean

The shower and bathroom were not very clean. There was 2 hand towels for the whole floor of about 40 beds. And there was no place to hang the towels. You had to make your own bed.

Good location Less of Accessories

Great central location right above metro station. Close to Convenience stores and shops/restaurants. Cheap and good value. Wardrobe with loc, and good space for things in the hostel. Busy common area on 3rd floor, where I met others drinking etc. Had to make bed. Large Room/lots of beds on floor, but privacy with curtain for each pair of beds in the room. Lift/Elevator can take a while, but staircase closes after 9/10pm

Rude people kept drying their effing hair in the middle of the night that is the only problem for me with the fact that the shower is inside the room. You can take a shower late at night but why drying your hair?? That should be more clear once checking in, no noise in the room is including no hair dryer in the middle of the night that wakes up the entire room. The stream of the taps (the sink where you brush your teeth) was very weak.

Connected to the station elevator! Very nice lounge and kitchen space. Staff was friendly and there were many coupons and travel guide resources that were free to take. Flew in late due to a delay and staff made personalized late check-in preparation for me and other guests. The elevator did get busy during the day due to check-out and it being a busy subway station. Bedding was thin with small pillows. Lack of ac or cooling air at night. Small bathroom and shower spaces.

Location is brilliant just above the subway station 20 mins walk from Namba and the most main commercial areas. 7 stations from Osaka station. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. No free paper in the washing area and the sinks were slightly small. But it’s ok.

It was right on top of a train station so it was very convenient. For some people their lockers weren’t right next to their beds so it wasn’t as convenient for them.

I love the fact that the property is directly above a train station and not in the middle of the busiest areas of Osaka so it felt a bit more local. Generally I loved the property. My bed was located close to the shared showers, sinks etc so that was convenient but it also meant I hear more of the movements when people get up in the middle of the night.

The location is so good. We can travel by Subway very easy and I think the stuff is pretty nice. I really like the third floor. We should have convenient for living. One thing I think the spare for hostel is pretty small and everything is so tidy

Location and cleanliness

Rooms were not clean and we had to make our own beds which was really difficult given my top bunk. I ended up leaving this hostel and staying at a hotel instead because it was so uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Located in a good neighborhood (and you can take the elevator down to the subway / metro station), very clean facilities / bathrooms, good social / work area, comfortable bed, but the best part was the staff - very friendly, sociable, and helpful. Really not much to complain about or improve upon.

Good lounge area, large lockers in the rooms, and comfy beds. A little social but the rooms were still quiet. Also plenty of bathrooms and showers for the amount of people.

The hostel was pretty social, though no events. But it's easy to chat to people in the common space. The top bunk bed unfortunately doesn't extend to the ceiling, so there was nothing to block the very bright "emergency exit" white sign right next to the bed that was glowing throughout the night, making it somewhat difficult to fall asleep. If you get assigned a top bunk bed next to the exit sign, make sure to have a sleeping mask, or ask to change the bed.

Great value of money. Excellent location. They provided free earplugs in the room so sound was not an issue.
