Big disappointment. We travelled across Japan for a few weeks, and this hotel did not meet the standard or expectations. The room was dirty and outdated, with visible stains in the bathroom and on the walls. Compared to other KABIN hotels (which are advertised as part of the same group), this property felt very different. There were no towels available for replacement on each floor, which we had experienced elsewhere. The area was also very noisy and not particularly pleasant. Overall, it does not compare to their partner KABIN hotels in Kyoto and was a disappointing stay. Would not recommend due to lack of cleanliness and high levels of noise.

I liked that the place was reasonably close to shinsaibashi shopping since i dont like taking trains alone That there was no bidet in the bathroom
-
No washer or dryer in the room. Very nice that we were able to have beds fit all 4 family members. Would have liked to have 2 pillows per bed.

This hotel does not have any dinning options on site, however it does have a lobby and an area with chars and tables we were able to use for bringing food in. They had a luggage storage area which we really appreciated and got good use out of. they have an amenity stand with essentials. The whole facility was very well maintained and clean. The hotel is located near Dotonbori but far enough for a peaceful stay. I am not sure what could have been improved, The only downside was not having a metro access closer to this hotel. But It wasn't bad. There was access to multiple metro lines all between a 5-10 minute walk.

Free coffee, Pyjamas, nice staff, all was very clean. Location was great also.

The room had a nice ambience and was pretty spacious. It’s also only a few minute walk to dotonbori and shopping streets. I also like how the sink area had a lot of space to put your things on. There were also free amenities like towels, toothbrushes, razors, tea, etc. in the lobby which you can take for free. Overall, we had a very nice stay here :) The only problem we had was the toilet area, it kind of smelled like sewer after a few hours of not using. It wasn’t too bothersome but is important to take note of and I hope they can fix this issue.

The bed was very comfortable That part of town was pretty dirty and there was construction all around.

Construction going on during the day next doorr
-
ridiculously overpriced, poorly noise insulated, shoebox sized rooms. definitely won't return.

Great location, the staff was very helpful and guided us through the check-in process in a very friendly and professional manner! Very good value for money. Recommended for a stay in Sotonbori, mostly for solo travellers or group of friends. -

Super handy for three main stations to get anywhere, and so close to main districts of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. I am old and old fashioned so the new cardless technology is great but I had to use the photo of my room and building codes every time I entered the room ?

It was perfectly located with additional security measures if you were coming late. Nothing at all, it was all good.
-
Upon arrival I had to check in on a tablet and scan a QR code in order to pay, I couldn't pay with a card at the reception desk. The room could have been cleaner.
-
The overall mood of the hotel was a bit drab, which I didn't like. Bed could've been better. Small things here and there are missing. Could've been a bit cleaner.
-
Comfortable room. Nice airconditioning on a hot weather. Good location. 10 mins walk to dotonbori
-
Maybe if there is no onsite laundry they could let guests know where to go.
-
The walls in the room weren't very clean; there were a lot of scuffs and scrapes on it. Everything else in the room was pretty clean, though.
