Location was central to everything. The listing suggests there is a pool, it’s a onsen which is different from a swimming pool — partly why I booked this particular hotel. The hotel refers itself as a 4-star hotel, it is closer to a 3-star hotel. The rooms were not as clean as we would’ve like them to me, it felt old and outdated. There a coat of dust on our headboards, and scuffs on the walls. The images of the property are much nicer than what you get in-person.

As others noted, location was amazing. We had 2 rooms facing different directions and both were quiet with comfortable beds. The triple twin room was a v good size with good seating area and view. The Onsen was enjoyable, clean and never overly busy. Breakfast had many good western and Japanese options and we found everything fresh and flavorful- also v good coffee and tea options. Staff helpful and friendly. This hotel was the start of our second trip to Japan and first time in Osaka and we enjoyed every minute there!

Easy access to all restaurants and shoping stores Laundry room a little tight and the dryer was not hot enough tondry all the cloths at once! Need to re-run 4x for 3 bags of clothes ( family of 5)

elevators were small and had super busy times especially during checkout, almost an hour wait to go down as it was always full, and we had to split and do several trips to bring down all luggages, no hotel parking

Fabulous location. Walking distance to trains, shopping and dining precincts. Lovely spacious room.

It was in a good location close to shops and river. We asked for a full room clean but they did not give clean PJs.

The spa temperature was not always as hot as expected. Toilet room light shuts off soon unless you move.

Location is great, staff are friendly and hotel is clean. Shrine in front of hotel which is incredible! Rooms are a little small for the price point but I think the great location evens out price. A bit small But it’s still a great hotel.

Location! Right next to Dotonbori st. Comfortable bed. Clean. Helpful staff. Our room was overlooking a main road and bikes were making terrible noise all night. The next night we were moved to another room which was quiet (but smaller).

Lovely room, larger than expected with comfortable sofa. Great service. Rooftop shared sento/onsen was a very nice experience. Room could be slightly larger, but it was nonetheless an excellent room making for a very comfortable stay. Sauna was too hot for my liking.

Everything was great, the rooms were spacious and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The beds were very comfortable and room was overall very clean. Both pillows were too soft and elevator wait time is long sometimes. Other than that, nothing to complain about. This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it!

Very good selection of Japanese and Western dishes. I would have loved to see pancakes or waffles in the selection.
