Staffs are very nice and helpful. I asked for help calling taxi to go to the train station, but the staff there helped me all the way from calling the car for us, buying tickets, and sending us in.

This place was well located to explore the dotonbori area while also being close to the train station to go elsewhere. Our room initially had a smoke smell, and the staff were great at helping us get moved over to a new room. On top of this, they took us to Shin Osaka station in their taxi van free of charge. We didn’t ask for this but really appreciated this kind gesture. Nothing, it met my expectations.

Massage chairs were nice touch, especially when we’re waiting for our laundry. Very centrally located, easy walk to Namba shrine, dontonbori, 7 elevens.

Very convenient location right by Namba station which made for easy transit. Staff are very helpful, polite, and English speaking. The free coffee and drink machines in the lobby are a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious by Japanese standards. We had a fabulous stay! None

I loved EVERYTHING about the property. Especially the staff they were sooo helpful and friendly. They also had really good English speaking staff. Dontonburi was just 3min away. The train station was about 8-10 min walk. 7/11 3 min They have massage chairs and a pool table. They had a drink bar. I had the hot milk tea, corn soup, and Fanta Melon like everyday. The rooms were very spacious and clean. This place definitely kid friendly. There was nothing that I didn’t like, this place was by far the best hotel I ever stayed. From the moment we walked in and until we left the customers service was beyond what I expected.

We took the limousine bus from the airport and it was about a 6 minutes walk from where we got dropped off to the hotel. The staff is amazing! They helped us with suggestions for transportation to Kyoto and even gave us a free ride to Shin Osaka since we had luggage and kids. The rooms were so big compared to the other Japanese hotels we stayed at. We had a massage chair in the room too. There a 7 Eleven so close and also so close to Dotombori. You can bring food and eat at the lobby area, they also have free drinks and utensils, plates, and cups to use. If we come back one day I would stay here again. Nothing everything was great!

All the staff are so polite, kind, helpful & very accommodating. The assistant manager (American) was super helpful and very patient & go beyond to help us. The property was very close to shopping & train stations. I could honestly say nothing.

A/C worked great, super convenient location, great access to public transport (subway and JR), quiet but close to hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, amazing staff (they drove us to the train station to get to the airport and walked us to the train without hesitation or ask) Bath towels were rather small
