Really enjoyed the proximity to everything without having to be in the middle of the tourist spots! Hotel and staff were wonderful!

The location to the metro was perfect for how close it was. The service as well as the accommodations were amazing and everyone in my family was amazed by how organized and well kept everything was. The comfort of the beds was also exceptional. The staff was also very friendly and of great help with getting our luggage shipped to our next hotel. Highly recommend to anyone choosing to stay in Osaka. There was nothing that we did not like.

The property is modern and had a beautiful layout in the room. Location was good for exploring downtown Osaka. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. You must book breakfast in advance and it sells out quickly as they don’t have a particularly large enough breakfast area to accommodate all guests. We ordered a taxi to Universal Studios and requested a quote in advance and ended up being charged 30% more than the original quote. I’d imagine not the hotels fault but their taxi recommendations are likely not reliable IMO.

It was the best hotel we stayed at during our three weeks in Japan in terms of price-to-quality ratio. The quality exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious compared to Japanese standards, and the beds were comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was excellent and included good Western options — the croque monsieur sandwich was particularly delicious. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We also used the luggage forwarding service to send our bags to our next hotel, and everything worked perfectly. We found the location ideal for us: quiet and away from the party areas, yet still close to metro stations, shopping malls, and some izakayas. Nothing, everything was perfect!

Excellent location and room size for price. Could be a little cleaner. Floor was a bit dirty.

We found this hotel to be the best valued and nicest of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Japan. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had lunch at the hotel when we arrived, and it was great to relax and have a delicious meal without having to go looking for a restaurant elsewhere. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options, and the beverage station in the lobby for refreshments was a nice touch. We were only in Osaka for one night, and found the location to be very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived at the hotel — from the beautiful modern interior design to the warm and welcoming hospitality from the staff. The hotel is located in a great area with convenient access to the train station, while still being in a peaceful neighborhood that was not overly crowded. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. There were plenty of power outlets, which made our stay even more convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided pajamas, multifunction mobile charger cable adding an extra thoughtful touch. The hotel staff were polite, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary services provided for guests, including drinking water, tea, a soda bar with fruit syrup, a microwave, and free ice. One of the highlights for us was the shower, which offered a variety of settings and provided a very enjoyable experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. If we have the chance to visit Osaka again, we would definitely book this hotel again. -

Location was good. Rooms spacious. No complaints

My husband had stayed here solo a few months prior to bringing our family of 4 back. The staff was very welcoming. Our kids loved the soda fountain. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything seemed to work seamlessly, including the on site laundry that you can monitor from your room TV-genius! Unfortunately the larger family rooms were all booked when we reserved, so we had to get 2 rooms, that was fine, but somehow left us with only 3 breakfasts included and no option for our 4th person to order ala carte items. In the end, the kids were ok with taking turns exploring other neighborhood breakfast spots—but be aware, many restaurants in the area don’t open until 9am or later.

I had a great stay, the hotel is very conveniently located near the metro making it easy to sightsee and come back, most places were 30 mins or less away. The room was great, had pajamas, a shower with jets, the breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Osaka! Would come again! No complaints!

Fantastic location close to the subway station and delicious restaurants. Easy to access the covered shopping streets on rainy days Loved everything!

I've been traveling and staying at hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Cordia Osaka was the best hotel among all the hotels I spent in this trip. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The room was clean and large for a single traveler. You find restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Train station is at couple blocks away.
