Good breakdast and location

Very convenient. Very clean and comfortable while it seems like an aged hotel. Nice staff of course. Due to the hotel located at the pedestrian zone, need to walk through the zone while coming in and leaving the hotel.

Excellent location for restaurants and shopping just steps away from the hotel. Having the train station very close was key for selecting this hotel

Location was great. Free laundry access was amazing, and appreciated. Rooms were not very clean. Carpets were stained, looks like it needed a deep shampoo. Wall paper coming apart at the seams in some locations. So far as the bathroom is concerned, sink, and floor were not cleaned well.

Great location, nice rooms

The rooms and room facilities can be a little dated. There are stains on the carpet but still clean. The amenities are basic (no facial and hair products where some other hotels will provide).

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan!!! We loved the location in that we were right in the middle of Namba and could easily get where we needed to go. Even though it seemed like we were in the middle of Vegas, it was still quiet in our rooms. The biggest surprise was all of the amenities! We could not have been happier with the lounge experience--my husband loved the free drinks and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pancake machine. The included laundry was also amazing and the vacuum sealer for clothing was a huge hit as we were packing to go home. Breakfast was expensive, but very good and worth the expense if you wake up hungry! The staff were lovely while we were checking in. She spoke English well and explained everything beautifully. I felt very welcomed and it seemed like a very upscale experience for a very reasonable price. Honestly, the only thing we didn't like about this hotel were the stained carpets in our rooms. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay in Osaka!

Location! Location! Location! The hotel was great

This was a fantastic older hotel with many included amenities. Right in the center of all the crazy action and a short walk to train station and to Dotonbori area, but a quiet oasis when you enter the building. We were on the 4th floor and had a beautiful interior courtyard garden view and patio. Our room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and they have a large area that can store luggage until check in time. A wonderful lounge is available to guests with snacks and complimentary drinks of all kinds you could desire. Very relaxing when we took a break in the middle of the day. They have a great laundry facility lounge that is comfortable and has a coffee machine and microwave. Good for families when you need to clean your clothes conveniently. The breakfast spread was huge and fantastic with many many choices. There were several very nice restaurants on the second floor as well if you wanted to eat on the property. Just an excellent stay! The only fault I could list is that it is an older property and some of the carpet in our hallway had some old stains from spills and this carpet could be replaced. However, this was one of our favorite hotels during our stay and this did not affect the quality of our stay.

Free laundry with ample machines. Guest lounge is excellent. Some fixtures, especially in the bathroom are dated. Ice buckets were not provided in room.

Location was amazing. Right in the heart of namba. Could get everything I want in 5 mins. Unbelievable! No gym. But hey the location made up for it. Rooms were slightly dated.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was the largest we had during our stay. The staff were all very helpful and lovely. Washing machines are available in a utility room on the entrance floor. The entrance and foyer are very clean and modern. This is my fault for not appropriately researching the location, but I didn't find it to be a plus in the same way other reviewers have mentioned - it's too directly in the market, which is a bit chaotic, and while it has a great options for food and is exciting, it wasn't quite for me. This hotel took us the longest to check in by quite a bit compared to other hotels we stayed at during our visit. A lot has been invested in on the entrance and amenities room, but that all ends when you leave the elevator for your floor. Our room was dated, and the colour of the carpet I think accentuates the grubby feeling of the room. The bathroom was quite old fashioned too. The air conditioning was loud and unclean. The television didn't have access to streaming services, which is a problem during the evening. The soundproofing wasn't great, and we could hear the family upstairs quite clearly, as well as the market out the window. It also took 2 elevators to get to your room, one from the foyer up to the entrance, and then another from the entrance up to the guest floors. We did have a note that they're currently doing renovations which we might hear during our stay but we didn't hear anything, but perhaps they're currently in the process of updating the hotel.

Loved the location and the breakfast! the lobby was beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful the room was very old and needs to be updated the beds were hard as rock!! :( I would still stay there again!

Excellent location right on the pedestrian shopping street, with a short walk to Dotonbori and convenient metro access. Spacious rooms. Large luggage locker room available for early arrivals, allowing guests to explore the city before check-in. The lounge is a wonderful spot to relax with sake and snacks after sightseeing. Ideal choice for shopping enthusiasts. Breakfast area offers a good selection of food, despite being busy. The hotel is older and the rooms are a little worn, in need of some updating. We expected better for the price we paid. We asked for a quiet room and were given one by the lift. Luggage forwarding service is not provided, which is surprising for a hotel of this size. Staff attempted to assist us orgainsing this on a few Japanese apps, We ended up having to take our luggage with us.

It’s classy and located in Namba Center right in the middle of all the energy of the area. Dotonbori is a 6 minute walk away, there is a Lawson next door, restaurants, casinos, karaoke bars, retail shops, entertainment, steps from your room. Most of all is the secure baggage storage option prior to check in, the generous lounge room available to guests and the laundry lounge room. That it is not located in other major cities across Japan, lol.

Good location to travel for one day trip to the Nara and explore Dotonbori.
