Good location near the subway station Umeda Higashi. Walkable underground to other subway lines and JR Osaka station. Many department stores for last minute shopping. Good street and pubs upon exit. Short walk to big Don Quixote. Has nice public bath and hot stone sauna. No direct drop off point. You will be exposed to the weather. Was raining during my stay.

Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the Japanese breakfast. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Easy to get to buses and trains. Public bath was one of reasons we stayed there. Used it each day. Wonderful way to relax, unwind. Lighting in room especially at the bathroom mirror could be improved. The public bath was a bit too warm for my grandson who loved going but couldn’t get into the bath. Too bad we couldn’t adjust the smaller tubs to be cooler.

Nice hotel but the rooms are quite small- that is a problem with most hotels in Japan. The toilet and shower were very small so if you are tall it gets a bit tight!

loved the breakfast. loved the hot springs. loved the pajamas. the service was impeccable. location was what we were looking for - away from the crowds, close to osaka station can't think of anything

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great but few western choices on the buffet selection. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
