Beautiful rooms, very clean, probably the cleanest room I have ever been in during travels! Felt like a special place to stay, very calming. The location is excellent (walking distance to Shinsekai, Dotombori, Den Den town etc). Nice room lighting, AC, phone charging. Clothing freshener provided in the cupboard which is important in summer humidity in Japan, especially if you don't want to be doing laundry every day! Great idea. A bit annoying to have to take shoes on and off so many times due to tatami mat in most of the room. But this is understandably part of the experience and atmosphere here, not a big issue just takes time to get used to.

Great place! Clean, big, staff is super friendly. They have different kind of activities on a daily/weekly basis, that you can enjoy for free (we were lucky to participate in a Zazen session (meditation) with a monk. Totally worth it and we learned a lot about it. Yoi can drop off your bags before check-in and they will deliver to your room; you can also do early check-in, if you'd want to ($$$). It's a little (not much) far from metro station; but that's not a big issue. And sadly we stayed for one night (our last night in Japan), so we can't really say if there was something we didn't like. Anyways, check them out, you'd might like it.

Beautiful traditional room. Very comfortable and good size. Awesome breakfast that changed everything day. Appreciated the yukata pyjamas and choice of grooming products. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. My first experience with Tatami mats was great, I can see the heightened comfort it brings and the way you have to take your shoes off before stepping on it made me feel more relaxed. The breakfast they offer is also very nice. I liked that it was meatless, considering all the copious amounts of meat you're likely to eat in the surrounding area, it's nice to have a change of pace. Now, I can't speak of the quality of this hotel compared to other Japanese Hotels, but I could not imagine it getting much better than this. I have never been treated better by the staff at any other hotels I've been to, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the Shinsekai area. Nothing that warrants mentioning.

I like the comfy bed and the cleanliness The window in the room was opaque (could not see outside) and couldn’t be opened. I felt claustrophobic. Also the staff kicked me out of the breakfast room: it was empty and I wanted to sit somewhere but was told it wasn’t allowed. The location is awful, there’s nothing but cemeteries and small industries around: it’s not walkable. The hotel is ‘Buddhist’ and that was not specified. There are NO amenities included, other than soap and shampoo. It looks pretty but there’s no place to relax. The staff was not knowledgeable about what is around, they just hand you a map … lastly, there’s a high step to get in the bathroom, not ideal for anyone not athletic, elderly or disabled

Everyone was nice, especially the breakfast servers. It was a little far from a train. But exercise is healthy.

Beds were low but that's not a complaint it was part of the experience. Just something to note.

Great staff. Great hotel!

It was nice, clean, simple. Decent sized rooms, big tub, and morning breakfast was unique. Location was away from the hustle and bustle, but close to trains. My husband took advantage of the meditation. Toilet paper was very thin. Location was near car and motorcycle shops. A few nights there were very loud vehicle noises at a late hour.

Lovely Little hotel. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. The hotel offers activities such as Yoga and Meditation. The room was lovely and spacious. My room was on the main road, but it was still very quiet. The bed was super confortable! The slippers that are given to the guests are beatiful. Location was great! The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Osaka. Great value for money! I highly recommend this hotel! Nothing.

The location is far from the nearest eki. Also, an extra pillow can help.

I loved this place! Probably one of my favorite stays of my whole trip. I asked for extra pillows because I am pregnant and they provided me with a special pregnancy pillow. Also the breakfast there was AMAZING! nothing- everything was great!

Room was clean and comfortable Lovation. There was nothing, like cafe or restaurants around it.
