Dotombori Crystal Hotel 3

Good breakfast, a friendly staffs and comfort bed. We stay in one room for seven people. So it is necessary to have two bathroom even though we have two toilets.

Location, clean Nil

We got the suite and it was as described. Privacy and Separate A/C. Room was cleaned and the staff was friendly and nice A bit far and the area was sketchy at night.

My wife and I were not able to use the double bed as there was a bad smell coming from that corner of the room. I did mention this to the reception staff, though nothing came of that discussion.

The room was big. The staffs could have pick up our call and respond to the messages. Lack of communication.

It’s a old hotel but good place to stay, location is good a few blocks from dotonbori, and the subway, room was spacious, shower was good and bed comfortable. They charge you 1500 yen per hour for a late check out, but if you do a good review they give you a free hour, so note sure if all reviews are legit here, but is a solid 7 score this one. During night time coming back to the hotel you may cross several brothels, my wife got a bit annoyed about it.

Didn’t look like the pictures, felt a little sketchy, was in a weird neighborhood

The location I was a little bit dirty everywhere, room and outside and worst of all, my pijama disappear from the room, no one give an answer, so bad

Room is Spacious, What i liked is i have 3 Beds in my Room , So everyone in my Family can sleep peacefully with enough space Breakfast was good Hotel was clean and decent Reception staff were courteous Only thing is we need to walk 15 mins from Subway with luggage which i felt difficult in this hot summer

Good facilities, the room features a small kitchen with everything you need. Not a fan of this neighborhood. But for some people it shoots be a great place. It smells from the first floor, but we used to it soon. The balcony was very dirty.

Large room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and washing machine. Very quiet. Nothing.

Bedrooms are spacious compared to the usual Japan rooms - so this alone is additional points for us. We were a big group (11pax) and it was just wonderful to have a big dining area which we were also allowed to use at night. We bought beer and food and used that venue to have dun at the end of our tour days. Breakfast is likewise superb - we stayed for 6 days and had different food every 3 days so that’s good too. Staff were very accommodating & pleasant. We will definitely stay here again! It is near Dotombori Plaza so we just hopped on a bus from KIX then just a 5 mins walk to the hotel. It’s a bit far from the train stations and Glico Man (maybe around 10-15 mins depending on your walking pace) - but we went during the winter so walking is not a problem. Basically if you don’t mind walking then this is a good hotel.

Great customer service from the staff!warm.and smiling all times! Sure,next trip to Osaka, we will book again here! There are not many choices for breakfast , I suggest having more cakes or sweets for some customers who do not like rice or noodles or salad at breakfast time. Chinese tourists were a bit without manners thinking food is going to finish soon and is the last day on the planet .. Spitting also on the outside garden is not the best way to introduce yourself as a "Chinese proud tourist "

Room is really clean and bed was comfortable Breakfast was so cold and staff was there but not friendly and wasn’t helpful. It was okay hotel.

Exceptional

They overbooked us and put us next to the kitchen which was not the room we reserved. There were cockroaches, the deter didn’t work. When we told them the next day they offered and apology but said there was nothing to be done.

I left a small box containing earrings , if found could it be returned to me , happy to pay the postage. Thank you Elle
