Everyone at the hotel was so very nice. The food was excellent. If you’re a shopper it’s close to a lot of things stay at the hotel. It has a good vibe and the property is nice and clean

Great hotel, 10-15 min walk to main train station and local train station. Lovely breakfast buffet, although could be a little chaotic at times. We ate in the restaurant which was great, nice selection on the menu and freshly cooked. Great bar area and lovely areas to sit down and relax, which we found was lacking in a lot of the hotels we stayed in throughout Japan. We used the laundry room a couple of times which was a great addition and reasonably priced Breakfast was a little chaotic at times.

Location is superb. It’s like finding a small dot in a white paper The food selection at the restaurant because it’s easier to eat there when you are running late coz people traveling are always on the go. Not all loves burger

i like how spacious the room was. it was a 6-min walk from Fukushima Station. There were also a lot of convenient stores around. All the staff were very accommodating. We got a clogged toilet on our last day and they immediately had it fixed. the buffet choices were very minimal and they don’t seem to change menus every day.

Great experience overall — comfortable room, friendly staff, and excellent service. The photos online matched perfectly with reality. The room was clean, quiet, and had great lighting — everything felt cozy and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you! nothing
