Karoo soul.is a gem in Oudtshoorn. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean, the pool clean and refreshing, the shower warm, the garden green and beautiful. It was a wonderful stay.

Nice room with a view of the pool Clean facilities and friendly staff Communal bathrooms but we did not realise the rooms did not have their own bathrooms

The environment was very good and easy . Wrongly advertisement because what you see on the pictures isn't what you will get.

We were truly grateful for being able to come back (per arrangement) after running a race to have a quick shower before our drive home. We were a bit surprised by the shared bathrooms, however, it had no negative impact on our stay.

Met expectations. Easy to access and close to the athletics track and swimming pool where we had to compete for Western Province in the Highgate interprovincial meeting. Also close to the city centre as we wanted. No complaints. Maybe a tv in the room, but wasn't really needed?

The beds are comfortable and the unit had everything that we needed. The staff members are super friendly and overall a great place to stay at. Nothing, everything was fine.

It was 44° on the day, it started to rain in the afternoon out of the blue so we decided to swim.

The garden was beautiful and perfect for young children. The pool was a highlight too. We had to unscrew the lightbulb in the lounge as it wouldn't switch off (one of these loadshedding bulbs). The toilet to the bathroom is awkward as it opens right into the kitchen, and you have to latch it to close it.
