Handicap accessible toilet facilities in the room and the location of the room next to the breakfast bar worked well for me.

They did exactly as I asked on check-in put us in a room upstairs away from stairwell, ice machine (quiet)... room was actually above a garage area so no one was below us, it was perfect, thank you so much! Bed was a bit hard, not much counter space, no towel hook by the sink in bathroom. Extra blanket smelled musty.

Location is great. Walkable to all PG has to offer. Room is pretty sparse. Can hear upstairs people’s footsteps and movement. Lots of car beeping all night long. Staff seemed annoyed at every interaction….even simple stuff, like where is ice machine and no need to make up my room.

Okay. The property is excellent, located in a very nice neighborhood, and the beach is super close to the hotel. The room was very clean and new, and the parking was very good, a little small but fine. Breakfast is to go. I think it's okay for me; I'm celiac, so it's just bread and bread, haha. But they have yogurt and fruit, so that's fine for me. I don't remember if they have pancakes. Anyway, I think the problem is the staff. The person is staring at you all the time, haha, like you're a thief. Breakfast is served in the lobby, so you can get coffee there all the time, but I don't think she approves. Would I want to return to the hotel? No, the hotel itself is fine, but the staff is not

Clean Rooms weren't ready at the time of check in. Staff not willing to accommodate us with what they did have available.

Breakfast was okay. Room has some issues, bed was too hard for my comfort bit overall fair facilities and staff were polite

Friendly check-in staff, great location, free parking, room has fridge and microwave, updated bathroom Dusty surfaces in room, tiny TV, window blinds did not fully block out light even when fully closed, lackluster breakfast, green tax of $6 and miscalleanous charge of $10.80( unsure what those were for), fridge humming too loud, pillows too small and not too comfortable

Room is a bit dated and needs to be updated. Seems to be a bit beat up.

Didn’t like the lobby area.

My room was hot and AC did not work. My bed felt like it was going to break, this place looked like a motel. Room was tiny and no decor.

Hotel did not have enough space for parking, we end up parked on the street at night. The hotel is old & the room is musty. With the money the hotel charging people, they should remodel.
