The host is very friendly and helpful. He helps us to check in early and keep our luggage after check-out. The room is clean and equipped with TV and air conditioner. There is a perfect and chill balcony as well. The kitchen is good and fully equipped. Cold water is prepared for you. The toilet is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect to explore the city (noted that it is super close the a local market with delicous street food)

Great unit right in the middle of all the fun activities to do in Palermo! You are steps away from the day market, where you can find many interesting foods, unique vendors and fun things to see and hear. Very close to the Palermo Cathedral and Teatro Massimo, a short stroll to the waterfront and great restaurants are all nearby. You will definitely find things to do when you are here. Guiseppe is a wonderful, thoughtful host that really makes his guests feel welcome. The rooms are clean and well organized; there's a comfy living room and a well-stocked kitchen in case you need it. We enjoyed our stay very much here and would love to come back to see Guiseppe again.

The location was really good, close to the Capo Market. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Giuseppe, was very kind and attentive to our needs.

Location and the kitchen facility. The host took very good care of the room cleaning it every other day , which was not necessary at all but he insisted to do it. He also helped us very much to organise regional bus tickets.

Very comfortable room. It is a bit loud till 22.30 in weekends, because it is close to the centre. Very clean and nice room, kitchen and bathroom. The owner is eager to help in any questions. It's allowed to leave the baggage if you need

I like the location and the curtains, it was dark and the bed was comfy.. The host was such a sweetheart. One bedsheet for two (but as per usual in Italy). The walls are bit thin

We had a great experience staying in Ai Bastioni del Massimo. The location is very quiet but very convenient to good restaurants and attractions. Giuseppe is very friendly and accommodating. He warmly greeted us upon arrival. He was the perfect host, great communication beforehand and gave us lots of tips of places to visit. The place offers a shared kitchen and a refrigerator. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, air conditioning worked really well. Would definitely recommend this place! Thank you, Giuseppe!

Giuseppe was one of the best hosts we had during our 25 day road trip in Italy. He speaks English fluently and was very accommodating. Location is perfect, just on the edge of the touristy parts of the city. You can park in the private garage for 10 euros per day offered by the host. Shared area is a bit older but that didn’t bother me
