Great location, outdoor space was a real treat, friendly and helpful host

The location was central with plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. Street parking was convenient but you had to search for a spot. The owner was helpful in getting the ztl pass for parking. The bed was not comfortable for a good night’s sleep, it was lumpy and not supportive. The sheets were thin polyester and worn and the bed spread was stained. The floors had grit on them .

The bed is not comfy at all, therefore sleeping is not easy on those mat. The water pressure of the shower is like a spray. Very very low. Breakfast is kinda poor but its fine if you plan to eat out a bit later. These are not dealbreakers, just worth to mention.

Great location and very clean space.

The location is near the center. The host is nice. The bathroom facility is great. The shower water is big enough. And the hair dryer has strong airflow. The air conditioning is quite loud. The bad creaks.

We appreciated the property manager’s patience. We were late arriving (got a bit lost) but he still took the time to answer our questions. He was also very helpful in providing bus information. Loved adjoining outdoor patio. The room was nice. Clean. Comfortable. A coffee would have been nice.

Great location to explore the city center. Breakfast was ok and the people were nice. The room had a nice little balcony into the sun with a small table and 2 chairs. The only drawbacks: the bathroom had a sensor for the light that bothered you at night. Also, bring your own shampoo, gel…

Great location. Basic but good acommodation. Great welcome. Was a little worried about access on arrival but worked well.

Nothing much, except the location. It is dark. The dark breakfast room (if you can call it that way) is very uninviting, a dark hole. You have to carry up your suitcases staircases which are 50cm wide, and the last stairs to our room, very difficult to carry anything up there. If you are a backpack-traveler, maybe ok, if you have a suitcase, don’t try. We left them in the car. The sink was clogged up, hardly any water would drain. The WiFi never worked. It is loud in the streets. There is no “free parking”. That, as a central location, was one of the reasons we chose it. That’s what the property advertises (bait’s with) Although the parking is “free” in the adjacent streets, if you find one!, you HAVE TO buy a daily ZTL pass (government), since the property is in a restricted zone. Therefore you have to install an Italian App, pay, and if you don’t, you get fines. The “check-in” was done by a woman carrying a baby around, with no help whatsoever, but she explained three times how the key-code for the door worked. It’s ALL a do it (and figure it out) yourself property. Last but not least, I texted with the “host”, who seemed to be foreign to hospitality (I studied it at Cornell), and all he did is argue with me, telling me I did not read the instructions properly, AFTER we had booked and payed. The next two nights we stayed at a B&B right across the opera, for €30! more which was fabulous.

Fantastic location, excellent value for money, marvellous coffee & croissants for breakfast, room was cosy & comfortable. Cute balcony, nice local restaurants. Emanuele the owner did everything to help us & make us feel welcome To be honest, it was a little noisy at night, but that’s normal for Palermo, which is a lively city! I’d recommend earplugs?
