We loved our stay! Raquel was amazing. Perfect location and lovely breakfast to start the day.

Close proximity to my course venue, the sea and also downtown. Beautiful Sicilian house. Wonderful kind host who prepared early breakfast for me, gave me plenty of good travel and restaurant recommendations and allowed me to leave suitcase behind.

If you are looking for a B&B in downtown Palermo, this is the one. Looks old from the outside, but very nice from the inside. The Host is perfect!!! The rooms in the front are a bit noisy

breakfast was good, staff was nice, room was clean, there was a pool nothing

Excellent staff, so helpful (Raquel). Breakfast was amazing! Room was large & had everything that was needed. Love having access to a reading room, refrigerator and pool! A little bit far from the old part of Palermo.

Breakfast was very nice, with organic fruit and vegetables. The rooms are big and classic, it has a lovely pool. The staff was very nice, Raquel made sure we had everything we needed and she was very kind. The neighborhood and location is great. I think this B&B is overpriced. The bathtub for example was quite old and water kept leaking out. The pillows could be comfier. Unfortunately, on a lively Saturday night we had to go upstairs to knock on the property above ours to tell the neighbours to keep quiet, as they were having a little party. Again, this made us feel we overpaid, especially for Palermo standards.

Staying at this hotel in Palermo was such a wonderful experience, thanks to the incredibly warm-hearted owner, Giusy, and her lovely assistant, Raquel. They are both genuinely welcoming, cheerful, and always ready to help. You can tell they truly care about their guests and want to make sure everyone feels at home. The hotel itself reflects the old charm of Palermo perfectly—it fits the city’s vibe in such an authentic and beautiful way. While it may be a bit outside the very central areas, that’s exactly why I chose it. I loved being away from the chaos and closer to the water. And honestly, the 30-minute walk to the city center feels like nothing when you're surrounded by the beauty of Palermo—it’s a walk you’ll actually enjoy. One of the highlights was their fresh, organic fruits and vegetables sourced from local farms. I definitely recommend trying them! I felt incredibly well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Don’t hesitate to ask Giusy and Raquel for food or drink recommendations—they know all the best spots. Thank you both for the amazing hospitality and the good memories!

Beautiful house, kind hosts. Wifi did not work. But who need internet if you have a balcony to watch charming street life of Kalsa, Palermo.

I love love loved this accomodation so much! It was in such a nice location and was exceptional. The building is super interesting. Giulia, who handled my check in and was present at breakfast, was amazing and such a kind soul! She really made my stay at Palermo :) I would definitely book this B&B again.

Nothing to dislike.

Location was great close to the station. Staff we saw were delightful. Especially the lovely young lady who served us breakfast! She was so happy and welcoming. We didn’t have a floor swept or vacuumed the whole 5 nights we were there, we knew because we had sand on our feet from the first night, and it remained on the floor!

Great breakfast. Staff were excellent, very helpful.

The communication was great (which was something we grew to appreciate after staying in a view places in Sicily!) Lovely family run business, very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect also, still central but quiet & tucked between a Palazzo & a botanic garden. The comfort of the bed left something to be desired.

Loved the location, quiet but central. Restaurants, cafés and bakery close by. The interior is classic and authentic, the yard with the pool is a small oasis. Homemade breakfast with local goods is served every morning. Own food can be kept/prepared in a second kitchen. Most importantly: the hosts are simply amazing. We were welcomed warmly and felt right at home, very helpful and so friendly.
