Great location, comfy and clean bedroom, nice bathroom, great view of the city, and extremely welcoming and sweet staff. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we had everything we needed. They are extremely nice and accommodating. They really made this experience much more special! The fridges could be better as the one in our unit seemed to not cool things off too much. Additionally, a bottle of water upon arrival would be greatly appreciated. Nonetheless, our experience at this hotel was extremely good.

Good, quiet location. Rooms were clean and roomy with a powerful shower and small Juliet balcony. Shared kitchen to make tea & coffee. Nice rooftop terrace.

What a gem! A lovely area with the cathedral/shops in one direction and the market in another direction. Excellent bakery and restaurant a few steps away. A very clean room with terrace, air conditioning, and mini fridge. Fantastic water pressure in shower, an elevator building, and the host is a dog lover! Not a dislike but perhaps a garbage bin in the bedroom as the one in the bathroom is quite small. ?

This was my 55 booking at this platform and i never had any experience like this, i booked this place originaly for my parents, while i took different one two blocks away. I was greeted with not that polite host, sayin that i cant enter the room of my parents, like i was going to sleep there, not even leaving my stufs there. When I asked why, she simply said its their policy, which was not listed on booking. The other day i vistited my parents, i was again greeted by host, where she asked us what are we doing here and we were not alowed to even enter property! I would never reccomend this place, such a rood owner, she even told me i can call the president of my country, that she does not care, where i said i will complain to booking she ofc lower her voice, later on she wrote to booking that i wanted to sleep in room with my parents along with my friends!!! Crazy head!!! All in all property is nice, but if you dont want drama skp this place!!

Casa Rosa is a beautiful place to stay. Hosts Nelly and Maikl are lovely people who are very responsive, kind and go out of their way to assist you. The spacious rooms are super clean and well equipped. The best part is you are within a 10 minute walk to all the major attractions. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Palermo I will stay again. 5 stars.

Huge rooms, unbelievable view, super nice owner, nicely decorated, elevator, rooftop terrace, very clean. Area is not the best, although its only 5 minutes to the lovely Cathedrale area, and very central so can't complain! Mattresses could be upgraded,

The view was just amazing. My room on the third floor has a five star view, better than climbing to the Cathedral! You can also go to the roof top where there are tables and chairs to enjoy the view. The room was spacious and very clean! It exceeded what I have imagined. The owner was very responsive and kind. I think they live downstairs. There is also a very new elevator! The location is very convenient, where you can reach almost every touristic places by foot (10 minutes). There are also ACs (although I didn't find the remote control) While it is situated in a small ally, some local neighbors can be very loud. I suggest to wear ear plugs during the night. The kitchen has a stove, but cooking food is not allowed. So if you want to buy fresh seafood and vegetables to make by yourself, this is not the place for you. But then there are plenty of tasty places to try out in Palermo.

The location is in the midst of sicilian life, and you can walk to all major sightseeing spots. The real star is the Cafe Arte at the corner 50m away from the b&b, the Cafe Arte is unbelievable, fantastic sicilian highest quality bakery and coffee and even a good choice for simple sicilian food in the evening at very low prices all The legal address of the house is not known by taxi drivers and people, one has to aim at via parpirety 39/41 and then walk down from cafe arte into the side street left 50m down, the house after renovation is now a dark orange.

We enjoyed our visit. Quiet location. New elevator and modern rooms. Easy walking to main areas of Palermo. We are a senior couple. Management was responsive to our requests. Excellent restaurant next door. Highly recommend.

The rooftop terrace is so nice! The hosts are very accommodating and have great recommendations. They truly care about your stay and about you having a good experience in Sicily.
