Hotel d'Orleans

Very clean and close to the train station which takes you directly to Airport and Palermo central. The bus stop is also close. Very friendly staff. They even gave me an early check in without asking anything. I will definitely recommend it. Worth every penny you spend. Everything is perfect ☺️

I liked how kind the staff was. Unfortunately I came to Palermo on an emergency visit to ISMETT. The staff there made my stay there much easier with their understanding and patience. I truly recommend it I have no complaints whatsoever

It was a great stay, quite, clean, and the hostess was very, very kind.

The location is near the University, a supermarket, and some restaurants. The stuff is very helpful. The room had everything necessary for a short stay. The breakfast was disappointing.

Close to Statzione Centrale , Bed sheets smell bad

Location was so far away. About a 30 minute walk from the centre.

Carmelo was a terrific hotel host who was always friendly, informative and super helpful from the moment we arrived at his hotel. The rooms and garden are incredibly well kept, clean, private and safe. The breakfast offering was top notch and we loved our family breakfast under the covered patio surrounded by wonderful greenery. It was great to be only 5 mins from the metro and a short walk to major attractions like the 4 canti. Nil

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Hotel room was very clean. There is a nice garden area if you want some quiet time away from the city. Great value A little further from tourist spots than expected, but still a great place to stay

Small, quaint Nothing

Once you look past the dirty street outside the hotel, you are in for a treat. It's a cozy little hamlet away from all the dirt, grime and cobblestones of Palermo. Some rooms are at ground level, and detached, which I loved. No hearing neighbors through the wall. Comfy safe room at ground level with no stairs to climb. The room itself is very basic but clean. There is a separate room with mini fridge and closet. Has toiletries to use and it's well stocked. The only thing is my bed was a bit small. It's not build for a large person. There are windows you can open during summer months as well as AC heating/cooling. Free breakfast is served 7-10 AM, which covers night owls who wake up late, but unfortunately I was too tired for few days to wake up even by 10 to sample the breakfast. I only had a cappuccino the last day which was great. The patio area looked also great if you need to chill out outside your room, have breakfast, smoke, etc. Aso had chair/table patio in front of room on ground floor as well if wanted a break from your room. There's also a garden area for stroll. There is market few ft down of the road, as well as 24 hour coffee/snacks vending machine for late afternoon coffee. The staff was helpful and was able to communicate with English. Privacy was respected, which is always welcome. The bed was a little small for a large person. A microwave would've been nice.

Very friendly service The area is little further out than the main city centre. The shower was tight. Otherwise very good.

I will go back to this hotel :)
