Excellent room, location and breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Stairs and elevator are a little difficult but very normal for Italy hotel.

The staff was helpful. The location of the hotel was great. They gave me breakfast box because I had to go to the airport very early. Two things (some of which have to do with Booking.com and not the hotel). 1. When I first arrived, it was hard for me to get into the building from the street. This could have been explained better in advance. 2. I had an issue with a double booking that was not resolved. I used Booking.com to get a room, but then the program said that something had gone wrong, so I rebooked. However, the hotel had me for two rooms rather than one. This is still not resolved. Of course, I never would have booked two rooms (and I only received one room receipt from Booking.com)

A perfect location for seeing the city, 2 rooms with fabulous views of Teatro Massimo, a lovely and helpful staff, and a very good breakfast.

Location and cleanliness of updated room. Nothing

Location was ideal for walking to the markets, exploring side streets ad churches. Our room was surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street.Stefania and Antonella were very kind and thoughtful. A very good value.

The room was below average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to unit. No elevator. uneven flooring lobbies. Difficult for seniors.

B&B with 5 rooms in a terrific location with a great view of Teatro Massimo. This location is great because it is right outside of the ZTL so you can drop off your bags, but it is right at the corner of Ave MAQUEDA where ZTL starts. You are about 5 min walk from Quatro Conti (sp) and all tourist sights. A huge plus is that the facility can secure parking for you at a lot very close by where you can get a ZTL pass for 2.50 Euro. Parking is 25Euro per 24 hours, paid to the B&B. All staff there is very nice and breakfast and coffee is good. Even though it is in the thick of the action, the double paned windows make it very quiet at night for sleeping. It is a little bit awkward on arrival as the B&B is on the first floor of an old building where you need to enter from a busy street through a door and go up a very small elevator, then down about 12 stairs or simply up about 30 stairs. You wonder if you are in the right place. This is very common for European city establishments though.

    Location, friendly staff, nice rooms

Checking in was difficult. I communicated with the manager about this and she has an idea of how to make this easier.

The building is beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable, enhanced by its high ceilings. The location in Palermo could not be better. Everything is within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Great service.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

location could not have been better room was comfortable enough the pillows were lacking and did not have a full length mirror breakfast was typical although protein was minimal some smoked salmon would have been appreciated we were told they would have some items available for our early checkout which was not provided the photos of the room on bookings.com were not of the property help with luggage signage upon entry was not very helpful and as the rooms are in between floors it is confusing to enter the first time

The location was excellent for walking to some key significant sites in Palermo. The breakfast was a highlight. We were so pleased with the cook to order eggs and the variety of food provided. There was some late-night noise from entertainment on the square outside.

The corner room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the breakfast was very sufficient and served attractively. The access to the hotel was challenging as there were many steps and a small elevator involved in getting to the proper floor. There was even a staircase down one flight from the elevator landing, necessitating carrying heavy suitcases down to the entry door. Luckily, the staff was very helpful. Parking was also not ideal in that there was a goodly walk from the parking location to the hotel, again with heavy suitcases.
