We had a great stay at this accommodation. It is well-located, right across from the theater and close to the main street with plenty of restaurants. The facility is clean, relatively new and well-maintained, and a high floor. The breakfast was a pleasant bonus. Given the quality, comfort, and convenience, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. The check-in process was a bit challenging for us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Palermo! The room was absolutely fantastic—spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, right on a central street, making it super convenient for exploring the city.What stood out most to me was how safe and secure the property felt, which is so important when traveling. The hotel was impeccably clean, with daily cleaning that kept everything spotless. Every detail inside the property felt well-maintained.I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.

The room was spotless and cozy, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent—right in the heart of the city and just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist. I was disappointed that there was no coffee provided in the room, and the breakfast was not served on-site. Instead, we had to walk a few minutes to the main hotel for it. Ultimately, we chose not to use the breakfast option.

It was quiet because the room is on the last floor. The parking is somewhat close and they take your keys for the night like a valet parking service. The air conditioning does not go below 24 Celsius and when the target is reached it stops completely. The partner parking is supposed to make a price at 25€. But during a few minutes he had lost his memory. Finally a few cars were piling behind and he regained memory... The standard price for one night without a partnership is 35€.

Exceptional

Good location - walking distance from most tourist attractions. The room walls were extremly thin, so we could hear everything happening in the room next door and also on the street (which was extremely noisy at night and we could not sleep) - on the app it is stated that the rooms are soundproof (even though they clearly are not). When we spoke to the staff about this, we were simply given earplugs and the real problem (false advertising) was not addressed. The terrace was not directly attached to the room, but open for all guests and we had to find it ourselves also (this not stated clearly on the app) - when we asked the staff about this, we were told that the terrace was only for a specific room which was not ours (even though our room on Booking.com said terrace included). There was no furniture on the terrace, just cleaning materials, but on the app it is stated that there is outdoor furniture and also pictures of a nice looking terrace including furniture - this is false advertising!

value for money i suppose The rooms are located in an upper floor of an apartment - not very easy / convenient to find, the elevator got stuck multiple times, the bed wasn't very comfy and the neighborhood was noisy at nights

The location was perfect, ver central only a 7 minute walk to the strip. The room was very clean and staff we met were kind. There were renovations going on throughout the day on a lower floor, which left the accommodation very noisy.

I booked this place last minute since my other booking turned out to be a scam. And oh wow, this place is amazing - it was affordable, very clean, very very comfortable, super easy and flexible late check in, very nice bathroom and the bed. It is located on the top (7th) floor, but there are elevators there. The location is quite nice as well. I would highly recommend this place, if it is available. Nothing

Great location for sightseeing in Palermo centre. Very nice bathroom/showers and the bed was very comfy and large. Room was cleaned everyday and at a reasonable hour (instead of waking you up to do it). We were also able to use hotel Garibaldi to hold our luggage before/after check-in/out. The AC didn’t work which wasn’t ideal as it was quite warm and opening windows let in bugs. A minor thing as well was the lack of a full body mirror. The apartment also required a lift to access it. There were stairs but the door was blocked on the floor of the suites. Again minor, but it would also be useful to label the keys as it took us a while to work out which to use. These things wouldn’t stop me from visiting again though.

It was very noisy, it was like being in a highway from one side and in a market on the other. If you get noisy neighbors then you’re done
