A roomy hotel room! The bathtub and shower was in one, and hard to have a shower - we thought there would be both when we booked.

Air conditioning and the location There were multiple patches of black mould in the room. There was blood on the bed. Dust caking the curtains and the wall! Curtains sellotaped down. The shower was missing parts of the handle (open plastic) the metal had completely rusted over, and cracked open. We asked to move the say they couldn't do anything, then in the morning they had actually moved us! (Without telling us) and therefore they couldn't find our breakfast reservation and caused quite a faff. The pictures of the hotel on the map show the Avalon, not the cosy they are different. The room was miniscule, and the 'view' was into other people's rooms. Everything we went to the frount desk there was always someone different. And we were lucky if they were even sat in the welcoming desk when we rang to come inside! We stayed for ONE night and for €180 you can find hostels better than this.

A bijou, but pretty hotel. Our room was quite small but very pretty. The location was great for us as we needed to be near Gare du Nord for our train. However it is quite a rough area and I would not recommend it for women travelling alone. Nothing really. It was good value for money and very comfortable

This was a really nice surprise - I did not expect to find such nice, clean and comfy accommodation close to the train station. The room is small, but this means the price is reasonable, and the place was clean and tastefully decorated with a good shower. Recommended if you have an early train!

Very convenient if getting Eurostar. The rooms are a bit small but I didn’t mind at all as everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff were eager to help whenever they could and were very friendly. We were able to leave our bags there for the day when we checked out for free

Thank you Avalon Cozy staff! You were super helpful and nice! The bathroom floor wasn’t so clean from some parts near the bathtub and the sink was sticky from the front side. Our bathtub glass shower-wall was loose from one side and so much water run to the floor and we had to use one of the towels to collect the running water from the floor.

The location was right beside the train station, the metro and the bus stop which made getting to wherever we needed to go really accessible. The staff were really friendly. It was indicated on the facilities that there was a shower in the room. When we arrived there was only a bath with a shower head attached which was not what we were expecting. Because the hotel was so close to the train station, there were times around the accommodation where I felt slightly uncomfortable and unsafe due to the activity in the area.

The property location was good honestly the room Was so small. The images are miss leading. No where to put your bags. No shower in the bath room. Lift was just about big for 1 person. Air-condition blows air directly to you when sleeping. I got very ill. The was was small double
