Friendly staff and good location. Very disappointing experience. We were given an attic room with an extremely poorly designed bathroom. The shower was installed ridiculously low, and because of the sloped ceiling, it was almost impossible to stand upright in the bathtub without hitting your head. Taking a normal shower was practically impossible. I honestly don’t understand how this bathroom is considered suitable for adults. The design is completely impractical. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our stay and made the experience very uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were nice and seemed to be understanding when I said the place was nasty and that I wouldn't stay there. The room was nasty; there were a large number of stains on the floor, and there was a noticeable amount of mould in the room, especially in the bathroom and shower. There was also a noticeable amount of buckling on the doors, from either water damage or wood rot; I honestly couldn't tell which, but it grossed me out. All of this meant I stayed only as long as it took to book another hotel, then left. The photos on the listing did not match the room or its quality in any way. It was highly disappointing, especially as I travelled to Paris to celebrate my birthday and was left frustrated and inconvenienced by the entire ordeal.

The property is super close to the train station with a Boulanger right on the corner on the way to the station! The staff were amazing, great for recommendations and very helpful with accommodating our needs! The rooms we stayed in was had air conditioning which was great in the August heatwave. Rooms were small, but was fine as we were only there for a short stay. The shower was also at a height which you had to step up to get in which made getting out a little hard but it was manageable

The team was amazing, especially Dounia who made my stay very special from the moment I arrived. Perfect location. Very good breakfast selection. That terrasse was a superb refuge even with the heatwave. The room could benefit from a refresh :) The shower cabin is a bit narrow.

Location Kettle was missing next to coffee and tea and sugar etc! Noisy at night I couldn’t sleep! Cleaners came knocking at doors at 09:00 while still sleeping

This was perfect for our weekend trip to Paris Nothing to fancy but great location from coming from London to paris as its a few min walk from gare du nord . Mainly out and about so just needed for sleep really which was perfect for us Would be happy to stay here again

Already done the reviews for the 3 nights we spent at the hotel- done under 3 separate bookings. Please look at the reviews for stays of 12-14 July. This booking 13-14 July was for my son to stay.We had room downstairs. Lift broke down day before we checked out.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfy. Photos made the property seem newer and cleaner than it actually was. Carpets in the room felt almost gummy like they haven't been properly cleaned in a long time. Shower and bathroom were clean but had signs of old stains and damage.
