The location was fantastic, wonderful bakeries and restaurants in the neighborhood. Very close to Gare du Nord train station which we used as the closest metro stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect base to explore Paris during the day, then come home and eat dinner at a neighborhood restaurant. Although the facilities are not new, the bathroom was spacious, everything was comfortable and worked well, so it was a great value for my family.

Location and reception very good The room was very hot even with the fan. Breakfast tables not very clean

Bed sheets were dirty. The rooms are small. Elevator has very limited space. Only one socket in the entire room, and it is not close to the bed.

The Hotel is not modern, or updated, yet unpretentious, and clean. We had 3 days in Paris and required basic, reasonably comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the North station on foot with baggage, from which we could explore Paris, returning to the hotel mainly to sleep. With the Garre du Nord and public transport networks two blocks away, this worked perfectly. Staff were helpful and accommodating, even providing space for storing some medication that needed to remain refrigerated. Will use it again if visiting Paris. Recommended for visitors with similar outlook..

The location was fantastic, great bakeries and restaurants steps away, convenience store (good for cold bottled water), pharmacy and very close to Gare du Nord (best also to use as the closest metro stop), just be careful of the bike lane near the sidewalk of the boulevard. The furnishings are not new, but for the value you are getting this doesn't matter, everything was comfortable and worked well.

The sound between thw rooms and hearing walking from my room
-
It was clean and comfortable, and the price was good. The room was very small, but that wasn’t really a problem
-
Too much noise and can't close windows because there's no A//C

Location near to Gare de Lyon. I was put in a strange side room which was clean but basic. I think the place needs painting and a deep clean.
-
No cattle in the room, coffee and teas, no shampoo and the soup devices were not working.
-
Location near gare du nord, friendly staff, pleasant reception area. Heavy duvet when hot summer weather had begun the day before, with no option for cover--blanket in room was as heavy as the duvet.
-
Great location to Gare Nord. For the price it was comfortable, clean & easy. New tiled bathroom. Room size was small but price was right.

The hotel was clean and convenient for a short stay. The shower had good water pressure and hot water, and the room was warm and comfortable enough for one night. The staff were helpful, and the location near Gare du Nord was great, with easy transport connections and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was very small and the hotel felt more basic/lower-end overall. It was fine for sleeping, but not somewhere I would choose for a longer or more relaxing stay.

Beware of hidden fees, they will charge you extra once you arrive

The beds were very firm.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Many cafes and places to go around A bit updated ( needs renovations) One of the towels had a hole . I'm aware of the Paris tax for tourists, but the extra Euros for administration should be on the booking price. After booking, I was notified about the extra charge.

The hotel is in a perfect location for the Gare du Nord; just a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Eurostar Terminal. Lots of restaurants and cafés in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive and the room, though small, was cosy and comfortable - ideal for a short stay in Paris. I would definitely stay again.
