The location was perfect, check in was flexible and staff were friendly. Some of the guests were a bit noisy when returning but it was brief and nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the location is very close to Gare du Nord station, I found the surrounding area very uncomfortable and did not feel safe there, especially at night. I was honestly shocked when we arrived late in the evening. The location may be convenient for the station, but I would strongly recommend being aware of the surroundings, particularly if arriving late or travelling with the family.

Tha hotel was perfectly placed from the Eurostar and with easy access to the metro into the heart of Paris, the hotel staff were all friendly and the rooms very quaint

Across from gare du Nord which I though would be convenient as we arrived late. Check in staff were nice Really bad neighbourhood, not Walkable at night and pretty unpleasant during the day. Fifth floor isn't fully renovated and wasn't in great condition eg public areas. Given this it was also very very expensive

The breakfast was very good with a selection of cold meats and cheese. Boiled and scrambled eggs also available. The staff were very good and helpful. Our room had excellent air con which was very much appreciated in the hot weather. We also had a small balcony which we used in the evening. The location was excellent for Gare du Nord. No particular dislikes at all.

Location, proximity to the train station was excellent. Although not their fault, the area has a lot of undesirable people/gangs, especially at night.

The staff and especially the cleaning lady was really helpful. The location is great. The options for breakfast was poor. A bit noisy as there is a hospital nearby.
