Very good

I was able to get a room booking here at short notice., and it was located in a traditional Parisian building within walking distance of the Gare du Nord (perfect for the price, as I had a train to catch the next morning) The staff were friendly, the room and bathoom (with towels) were clean and was fine for one night. The metro was very close (very easy to reach the Sacre Coeur). In spite of traffic my room was quiet, and I had no problems getting to sleep. Some people might not like the age of the building, and the lack of a restaurant or cafe in the hotel, but there are plenty close by, as well as a branch of Carrefour if you want to stock up on snacks etc for your onward journey. It might be a bit basic for some people, and the hustle and bustle of the surroundings might not be to everyone's liking.

Hotel with excellent location near by Gare du Nord train station

The location is very good. Few minutes away from Gare du Nord. Staffs were quite helpful. Not enough plug socket in the bedroom. As it was extremely hot, it was very uncomfortable as there was no air conditioning and on top we had the fan on and therefore were unable to charge our phones. No hand towels were given to us so we had to use our small bath towel when washing our hands. The bathroom/toilet was dirty and mouldy. The room needs a good cleaning.

Great location - lift is older but functional. Stairs nearby…added w/c on the same level as the rooms is interesting …also handy when multiple people /room. Mohammed at the front desk was very amicable and proficient for our check in and if we had any questions. Streets were noisy…air conditioning would be nice…adding comfort and “white” noise during the night. The street below was quite lively.

Very close to Gard de Nord Very basic and dated but I kind of expected that

Nothing There were cockroaches in the room and the bathroom flush was not working( clogging of water). The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were stains on the bed. The refrigerator was leaking.

Le personnel était très accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardive. L’emplacement est top, et un très bon qualité prix (ascenseurs, accessibilité…). Petit point bonus pour le ventilateur! C’était un peu bruyant mais comme la majorité des hôtels parisiens

Location is 5 min walk from Gare Du Nord, we were only in Paris for 1 night so it was ideal. The room was clean. We were able to leave bags for a few hours after check out without it incurring an extra charge.

Beautiful room Could be a bit cleaner

Proximity to train station, bus stop, eateries and even a convenience store. Staff were great Bathroom a tad tiny but it wasn’t a deal breaker
