The staff was so helpful, friendly and very attentive. The property was beautiful… rooms small and nowhere to hang towels and such… but very comfortable. I guess the absence of hooks for towels

Stylish boutique hotel with decently sized rooms and great aesthetic, special mention to the gorgeously styled lobby and naming convention of each room, and very comfy bed. Fabulous location right in the heart of vibrant Le Marais with everything at our doorstep. Staff were always friendly and attentive, and rooms were cleaned to the highest standard. Ordered breakfast to the room on the first morning and it was delicious. Checkout is at 12pm which is very generous and was most appreciated. Other appreciated comforts included AC, a bidet, roomy shower with multiple shower head options, decent sized closet storage, bags stored on checkout day. Random note - I was surprised there were no robes in the room and asked if they were available, and they were which was great and they were very comfy… however strange they weren’t in the room by default. Although the rooms are beautiful, sometimes form has been prioritised over function and for the price paid I would expect these basic hygiene features as a bare minimum, not to mention each of the following mentioned examples should be obvious to anyone with a pulse let alone hospitality teams, and which would also be very simple to implement by owners/management: e.g. no towel hooks or rails meaning nowhere to hang towels or robes - had to drape them on chairs, over doors and on the tv, tv smart function has been disabled so only free to air French tv available, no wine glasses in room - available on request however they were removed from the room the next day, no bottle opener in room - only one available in the entire hotel so had to borrow it each time we opened a bottle of wine to keep in the mini bar fridge, mini bar fridge was not cold and temperature couldn’t be adjusted so couldn’t store items like milk in there, the lift is slow and unreliable - sometimes stopping all floors even though one floor selected, ordered a candle as an optional paid add on and no matches were provided - therefore the candle was never used, frugal with the clothes hangers, two coffee pods provided for two people staying - one decaf and one not, so random.

Very nice hotel, spacious room. It was very clean and comfortable, although in a busy area it was very quiet.location in the Marais perfect, close to the metro and everything you might need for a stay in Paris!
