The Appia is 650 ft from Eurostar connections at the Gare du Nord Train Station and a quarter mile from the Gare de l'Est. It offers air-conditioned accommodations and some rooms have a balcony. A TV with satellite and cable channels and a private bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer are available in each room. Some of the rooms include facilities for making tea and coffee. A buffet breakfast is served daily in the large ground-floor room. Guests can also enjoy a drink from the hotel’s on-site bar. The staff is available 24 hours a day and the hotel has a tour desk to organize sightseeing and concert tickets. 2 mins from Gare Du Nord station. Stay were happy for us to leave bags with them before check in, go out and then return much later.

Great location (very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est), kind and helpful staff who checked us right in even though we arrived early, air conditioning, balcony. We loved everything about this place, and we hope to come back next time we are in Paris!

The location was great, very handy between the two stations. Rooms were comfy, beds soft and decent. Breakfast was okay for that price, maybe missing a few things. Showers great. In-room coffee was really not good.

Location between Gare D'l Est & Gare du Nord can't be beaten.....it' a short walk from both! We have often stayed in this area and this is by far the best hotel; excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs & sausages. Air con throughout was also essential due to the high temperatures this summer. Grab handles in the shower would be a useful addition.

Small but clean and tidy room. Good shower. Excellent location for Gare Nord and Gare Est. We had a short stay and travelling via train. Local area is not the best but multiple metro and bus options to visit wider city, sights and neighborhoods Small and basic but not a problem as it was a budget price and a short stay.

The location. Perfect for arrival at Gare de l'Est and departure from Gare du Nord as an easy, quick walk. A comfortable and bright although small room. Loved the 2 windows with a view of the street. Despite the location it was very quiet in the room. Good shower. It was good for our 1 night stay.
