The access to metro , breakfast was good . Friendly staff The neighborhood was average not a neighbor you wanted to explore

Everything is very good quality. Rooms are very clean. Good location and closer to metro station. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. Breakfast area is nicely decorated and fulfilling your expectations very much. Warm welcome by the staff and always helpful. Everything was very nice but a small fridge would be great especially in very high temperature days. We wanted to keep our water chilled but wasn’t possible. However, it’s a very minor problem.

I loved the service from the staff as well as the location and overall aesthetic of the hotel! Everyone was so kind and helpful and it was easy access to the subway trains.

Super well located by a metro station. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Nothing

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location. Decent restaurants close by. Very close to convenient Metro and bus routes. No bath tub but excellent shower. The lavatory is a separate compartment. Drinking water replenished daily, although Paris tap water is safe to drink anyway. The breakfast fare never varies but is adequate for most tastes. Some might consider Place d'Italie in the 13th a bit far out of the centre -- about 3.5 km -- but with the Metro and bus routes so close you can get almost anywhere in the city proper within a max of 40 minutes and often much less if you take Metro line 6 (direction "Nation") and transfer at Bercy onto the speedy Line 14 (direction Saint-Denis Pleyel). This is a boutique hotel -- only 50 rooms. For North American travelers the rooms will seem rather small, even cramped. The largest is 20 sq metres, around 215 square feet. Indeed, cozy best describes the overall ambience of the hotel. This, however, is the realty of hotels in a major European capital unless you can afford extortionate prices.

Friendly, warm staff. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Easy and walkable access to the metro. Nothing of note.

Clean towels daily. Coquette rooms, clean, cozy and great staff. Coffee machine in the room with included coffee capsules The coffee capsules didn't last for the whole stay but I guess we drink a fair amount of coffee.

On the first day our AC was not working, and the staff could manage this only the next day

The location The room very very Small and the shower door with the sliding door very inconfortable to squeeze in

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful and well-appointed boutique hotel. While rooms are small (it's Paris after all), the hotel room is well-furnished with a comfortable lounge area to work and hang out in. Good location convenient to 3 metro lines and nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. Staff are all wonderful and took good care of us!

It was great

It was a little bit cold the last two nights of our stay and we can’t increase the temperature. I was sleeping next to the window and could feel the cold on my face.

Great hospitality, really good location, friendly and helpful staff, room was perfect for our Paris stay. Close to metro so easy to anywhere you would want to go. Room was compact, which was perfect for us. Maybe not perfect for everyone.

I loved this hotel, and its staff, so much that I'm worried you may think they paid me to be this positive about them (they didn't). Literally every single person working there (I started making a list, but never finished it: Zora, Maria, Omega, Medhi, Majda, Noemy...) was adorable, smiley, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Interacting with each and every one of them was an absolute delight. The room themselves are very cozy, nice and clean, and space is very well managed (this last one is tricky to achieve in Paris). They were spotless, functional, and as welcoming as the rest of the hotel. I highly recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to booking it again next time I visit Paris.

Kind staff, comfortable beds, good breakfasts

It was solid, good location. The staff were awful...i was in a non-smoking room but absent-mindedly I used my CBD vape. It triggered the alarm and I had staff banging on my door, accusing me of smoking, when I denied it and tried to explain they called me a liar. Then someone at the front desk admonished me when I called down and warned me not to do it again. Not great when one small error has you being treated like a criminal and a child by the staff of a hotel.

Hotel is at good location, very close to Place d'Italie and several metro lines so you can easily go to any part of the city from there. There is a good option of restaurants nearby. Bed is cozy and room was clean. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Room size is not very big. There is no closet in the room and no shelf to put your clothes, only few hangers. So we were forced to leave our suitcase on the floor and jump over it as there were no place to put it.

the staff is truly amazing. The neighborhood is great, full of real Parisians going about their business but quite safe. The room was small which is totally typical of Europe and Paris but it was very nice and clean. the linens were great. the restaurant/bar is very comfortable. i usually went down to hang out w the night time guy and have a couple of glasses of wine and chat. I really enjoyed my stay and their motto is true, it is like your home in Paris. Oh and the soaps and lotions smell amazing. I was tempted to get some to take home but my suitcase was already pretty heavy. small complaint only - when i showered, water would leak onto the bathroom floor. nothing major.

Excellent breakfast

The only criticism is that there was only one coffee machine for breakfast, so often a line of people waiting.
