Hotel Acropole

The room location and the fact that we had access to a small terrace to watch the intersection below was not anticipated but greatly appreciated. When the double doors were close it was surprising quiet. Lastly the front desk gave us a recommendation for dinner and it was the best meal of our 10 day trip. I hope I can return and stay at the Acropole again! I have nothing to critique. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not much. Customer service was argumentative. They take your non-refundable payment a week before check-in and then tell you that the elevators don't work. Now you get to climb multiple floors with luggage and narrow staircases to reach a room that you didn't request. when you question the room given, they claim that all rooms are based on availability and you are out of luck. They could care less that you now have 2 opposite gender teenagers with only one bed. When you ask about the elevators not working, they claim that's not the case, they are under renovations which in their mind isn't the same as not working. Bottom line, they don't work. Don't request an airport shuttle when you book, they don't have a shuttle and all they do is call a taxe which you get to pay for.

Front desk staff are so kind and friendly—it was me and my young children who stayed. The elevator was broken but the stairs weren’t a problem for my kids & I—we were on the next floor up. Breakfast was delicious as well. We loved having a vending machine available & the hotel is very close to the tram station as well as subway. We loved our stay & would return again Nothing—it was everything we needed & we felt safe

The rooms were little small— but I am from Europe so completely understand. AC wasn’t working as good, but it rained for two of the days so it was great when you opened the windows.

Spacious room, even open up two large luggage. Air condition works well in the room, and quipped with safe box and fridge. Great location, right in front of M4, T3a as well as several bus stations which are convenient to reach or transfer to many main spots in town. Staffs are also friendly! A nice place to stay for several nights. A small elevator is provided to ship luggage, however you have to climb one floor before reaching it. Besides, it was out of order for more than half of the time during our stay.

The hotel is extremely safe, clean and in a great location, I recommend it for families with children. The hotel staff is very nice, respectful and helpful. Breakfast time

The rooms are a bit worn

Location is good and view was nice. Access to metro and tram was ideal. Old building, no noise insulation, you can easily hear even whispering from next rooms. Small lift. City tax is 5+ euro per person per night which is additional to what you pay on booking app.

So small, impossible to stay, enter soon bed no space for anything, bathroom all water leak on floor. Bathroom completely different from what was on photo. Very bad looks like we are Japan saving space.

Great location. Transport was very accessible and lots of options for restaurants and shops within short walking distance. The walls were extremely thin, I could hear everything happening in the neighbouring rooms.

There is a subway station nearby. It's very convenient.

The only low point was to have to climb one level to get to the elevator.. The staff was great and helped with the luggages. Lack of communication that the elevator was going to be serviced.
