Location was wonderful right next to gare du nord, easy for eurostar Travellers from the uk and to travel around Paris. Room was bigger than expected clean and tidy and everything we needed even with a balcony

The location in front of Gare du Nord is unbeatable if you want to be central - and for that price there was no other hotel available. The room I was in was on average much bigger than a standard ibis room, there was a desk, a bathroom with a bath, room to move around, and a fan (luxury during heatwaves). The bed was confortable, and there was a choice of pillows in the room. So overall a good hotel at budget price. This was not a surprise, but since the bar-restaurant is being redone (for a few more months most likely) there is no on-site breakfast. If like me you love hotels breakfast, then this is not the place! But you can grab it at the boulangerie right in front, or in the train station.

Its location is really very good...for flight and train connections. The stairs are not very easy to take heavy luggage upstairs.

Conveniently situated outside the Gare du Nord the reason I booked it Very friendly welcoming gentleman on Reception Clean room plenty of towels and toiletries 3 flights of stairs to get to my room In the middle of a very intense heatwave in Paris so the room was extremely hot and I didn’t sleep at all, all night . There was a fan in the room but I couldn’t turn it on because it makes a noise and disturbs me (nothing was wrong with the fan, that’s just me!!) I can’t sleep with a fan on!!
