Nothing Unfriendly welcome, fan broken in the room and when I asked about getting it fixed was told it is ok, I didn’t think it was safe to use and there was no smoke detectors if anything had happened. The temperature that night was unbearable. The lift was very old and did not feel comfortable to use. The inside window ledge was dirty and the bed throw had a bit of nail on it. At night someone tried to open my door. I did not sleep that night and booked another hotel for the next day as I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.

Location was good, near by louvre! The elevator was awful, and the hotel lobby and hallways were very narrow. There was a bad smell, and they were not clean at all. There was no air conditioning or cooling system in the room. The breakfast was extremely poor

The location was excellent. The room was unclean, hair all over the floor and there wasn't an air conditioning in this awful heat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. There is no conditioning air and during summer is very complicated as we need to keep the windows open and the location is very noisy. So everyday at 3 am we got wake up due to the noise.

Great location was able to walk everywhere but Metro near by, also very handy for shops. Staff were nice and check in was easy. The room basic but comfortable. Only issue was the bathroom, it had a very strong drain smell which wasn’t pleasant but luckily I was only visiting for one night.

Great location! 5 minute walk to the Louvre. There was no air con which I accept I didn’t realise when I booked. But it was 37 degree heat in a tiny room and we barely slept the 4 nites we were there. I spoke to the manager in the early hours asking if we could change rooms and he said no. He offered a fan which I said would be much appreciated but he never sent it up. Was very rude and dismissive of the issue. Property is located next door to a supermarket which has deliveries from about 5am and staff clearing the rubbish and dumping opposite the hotel. Very noisy. Wasn’t the cleanest either, could do with a total revamp.
