Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. In general i liked this hotel and recommend it. Problem 1: sliding doors to bathroom with huge holes around door and its near bed, meaning if u are more than 1 in room, other needs to exit room to give some toilet privacy. Hope this was only on my room. Problem 2: not a big problem - thin walls, u can hear all neighbors around. Problem 3: bathroom was no clean, there were some dark hair on toilet and sink.

Everything was fine, the location, the staff. It was comfortable and clean. To have good air conditioning in the room was a must. If I go back to Paris, I probably will stay in this hotel. Not having a refrigerator in the room. Paris was really hot at this time and it was frustrating not to have cold water in the room. That would be the only thing that would make me not choose this hotel

Loved everything about this place, the staff were friendly to the size of the bedroom which was larger than i expected, the location was great as close to everything I needed to get around Paris nothing

Location was its main advantage - minutes of walk to Opéra and Grand boulevards, great restaurants, friendly staff, tea/instant coffee in the room. The bath is a part of the room with tiny door and small shower. It was ok by Paris standards but smaller than I expected. The overall style and furniture were way too simple compared to the fotos in Booking.com, so I initially was shocked by the simplicity.

The location, helpful staff, and clean and comfortable room were a delight during our stay in Paris. I would recommend staying here and readily stay here again in future visits to Paris. Nothing of note regarding what I didn't like. Everything was great!

Location was excellent. Great a/c. Friendly staff at front desk happy to help with any issues or questions. The room was very very small, which I expected in Paris but it still shocked me when I first walked in! The only reason I put a lower mark for cleanliness was there was mould on the ceiling and walls near the shower head which smelt damp, so I really feel this needs sorting out for future guests.

The area was great close to everything, metro pyramid and Opera was just a walking distance. Galleries la Fayette 10/15 minutes walk. The thing I found very hard to understand was, why there wasn’t a fridge in the room. I’ve travelled a lot and this was the first time with “no fridge” especially while we were there the temperatures were around 35/37. Very hot so we couldn’t have cold drinks in the room. I think this should be looked into as a fridge in the room would be beneficial for your guests.
