The hotel was smart compared with many alternatives in the local area. It was obviously well maintained and looked after. 5 mins walk to Gare Du L’Est Train Station and Metro. Good bus links also. Approx 10 mins walk from Gare Du Nord so convenient. While the hotel is nice, it’s in a slightly less welcoming part of town. Groups of men smoking and drinking outside neighbouring bars. The staff were friendly when engaged but otherwise just left you to come and go. Our biggest gripe was that our check in was delayed by 4.5hrs because the room wasn’t ready, and even then it needed another clean and restock of pillows etc. That said, after that first blip the housekeeping was impeccable.

Perfect little room with everything you need including a fridge and kettle (but unfortunately no cups). Sockets by the bed, nice shower room and air-conditioning. Comfortable bed. Extremely well located for the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est and, unlike many hotels near railway stations in big cities, it had a pleasant, family feel about it. Everything was really good, but I suppose a minor quibble might be that the selection of food at breakfast wasn’t as good as some other hotels in similar price bracket but it was perfectly adequate.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location for Paris Gare du Nord Nd Gare l'est. Really comfy bed and comfortable room with kettle and fridge. Not much of a view but good location for trains and lots of eating options. May have felt a little uncomfortable coming back after dark if travelling solo but it was fine and quiet at night.

For the price we paid, we were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed one night after arriving from the Eurostar station, seeking something nearby for the evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness, and helpful staff. It met our needs perfectly. I found the rooms clean and well decorated, with efficient use of space.

Location from Gare du Nord a 6 minute walk :) easy to find ! All good really , pillows could be a bit bigger and maybe 4 instead of 2 but we’re comfortable..

The location, the cleanliness The lift was not working since we checked in till the time we left, we had to climb the stairs up to the 4th floor.
