In addition, it was almost impossible to access and use the parking area. The hotel was difficult to reach, causing a great deal of frustration. Due to the combination of the rude treatment, the lack of accessible parking, and the unsafe atmosphere we experienced both in the hotel and the surrounding area, we decided to book another hotel instead. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

No AC during the heatwave unfortunately. Floor fan not effective in lowering room temperature and could not keep windows open due to bugs.

I did not like the staff’s behavior. They were rude, unwilling to verify the payment receipts we presented for both days, and handled the situation in an unprofessional way

The staff is really friendly and responsive to your concerns. Breakfast was good and the rooms are clean. The elevator was broken for most of our stay but they did give us a 1st floor room and helped us to bring our luggage. But it was fixed before we left.

The room is much smaller than expected, we don’t have enough space to move because our bags were big.

Room was small but we were prepared for that after reading reviews. Would have been nice to have a view of the city but we didn’t request it or pay extra for it.

Clean, comfortable and a very enjoyable stay. The bathroom is a little bit strange.

The staff was very nice , everyone speaks English, so there was no problem with communication. Room was pretty small , but it was cozy and clean. Location is just perfect if you are a tourist like us and want to see Paris. There is a couple of subway stations 10 min away from the hotel , which makes it very comfortable to get to all the sights. Breakfast was great , tasty. In general everything was very nice and we were really happy with our visit. Thank you!

It was,very good....my daughter and I had a comfortable stay, tks. It was clean, comfortable beds, not noisy from outside (streets) ?... room a bit small, (for us ok), perhaps not for big guys. Didn't have a katlle in the bedroom for tea ?
