The staff were very nice and helped us with local advice. The room was what we needed for our stay. Was exactly what we paid for. Only thing is no air conditioning but it honestly wasn’t that bad. No air conditioning but not we made it work and ya know we got what we paid for.

It was very convenient close to the train and metro station, very clean, clean towels every day and the staff was helpful The internet was in and out and some nights very loud voices outside
-
The only good thing was that it was conveniently closed to the train station. Staff were not friendly or welcoming. Bathroom smelled really bad. Tje toilet seat could not be up. The room was not clean.

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Fabio, a Romanian staff member, who really made a difference during our stay. We enjoyed talking with him, and his warm attitude made us feel more at home and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff.

Close to the station. Free bagagge storage after check out. One of the recepcionist was explaining very well about the city till he tried to sell boat tickets He wasn’t very kind when we didn’t buy it.

Property is close to main train station. Lot of restaurants around. Quite good area to walk around after work. Washroom is a bit small otherwise all OK Toilet seat was a bit small.

Not worth the price

We booked a room with two beds they didn’t have it available and we had to share the bed

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The bald head reception staff were very rude and asked a number of unnecessary questions during check-in, which made the process slow and frustrating. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room, and basic necessities like waste bin bags were missing. For the price and expectations, the level of service was far below acceptable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Ectuaully I espected a litlle bit bigger room . Also on the booking one offer was with included breakfast when I watch, and when I purchase was without it,and nobody informed me about that - so first morning I went on the breakfast and they charge me breakfast without informing me earlier - exept that the staff was great...

It's close to Gare du Nord and right next to Gare de L'Est, so easy for transport; Paris is a very walkable city, so I chose lower cost accommodation in a safe-enough place from which to venture; room is adequate with a good bed, clean bathroom, good shower and a small lift/elevator. I liked that my room faced the street and I could open the window for fresh air. But unfortunately at night, the bar right across the street was really noisy a few nights. Bring earplugs for sleep-assurance.

Location is very good, especially as a muslim. Close to station. Staff are very friendly. Nice balcony in my room which makes me happy. I was so tired and all my device were out of battery (2 iphones, laptop, powerbank, watch). Unfortunately room has only one socket and one in bathroom. Whats interesting ? I put my powerbank to bathroom and turn off the light to get sleep. When I wake up it didn’t charge, since while turning off bathroom light the socket is also off. But anyway it was interesting experience.

Location Comfortable

Position and staff. Close to Gare du Nord, right on the station road. In the block where is located you find stores, brassieries and little restaurants, both ethnic and typical. The rooms are not that bad, wooden floor, clean bedding. The whole building smells bad. I don't know what it is, but it does. The bathroom is small and doesn't look clean. The toilet cover bounce back on your butt, doesn't stay open. Still fine, not worth the price.
