The room is not so clean even the hall.

Everything was horrible there and when I asked for help, they said they will not help me and if I have any problems speak with booking also working didn’t do anything so I basically was left alone with them conditions that are not acceptable for a living I couldn’t even take a shower. It was way too dirty.

Horrible Hotel, dirty, disgusting ? It was a nightmare like a horror movie, shouldn't been on business, should be closed, you can get sick in there, how dirty it is.

Nothing No response from the staff. Couldn't even check in and spend a night there. Extremely poor conditions. Check the real pictures. Unacceptable to have something like this on booking. I am asking for a refund and am not getting any answer

The staff is very rough, doesn't speak English, German, Russian (any European language). The rooms and bathrooms are like in old dormitory of USSR time. The price is very high for shuch place!!!

Room was way too small. No wifi, no AC. Only one power outlet. Shower flooded. No reception area. Room was not advertised correctly on booking.com.
