The location was perfect. The hotel was very well decorated and spotless clean. The room was compact but enough room for two of us. Bathroom was big, light and stocked with essentials. The air conditioning was a blessing during the heatwave. Staff were lovely and friendly too. Everything was lovely, the only downside to the hotel is the booking system for the pool isn't well managed. We had our allocated time the first day which was really lovely, however on the second day, other people were using the facilities despite us booking the time slot. Otherwise, the hotel was great, well maintained and clean.

Beautiful. Great location Daughter left favourite childhood cuddly toy (large well loved jelly cat rabbit) by mistake in room. Phoned hotel a few hours later and was told it was not there. She definitely left it in the bed. Can only conclude housekeeping took it. Daughter devastated.

My sisters and I stayed in the duplex and the other suite it was incredible! Pictures below are from the suite. We were in Paris in May during a heatwave and as Americans we loved the strength of the AC. The room was beautiful, spacious and the 3 of us were able to be comfortable and not crowded. We loved the how central it was to all the shopping, great cafe’s and a wonderful bar in the lobby. We loved the pool and sauna spaces N/A

I like the location and the ambience of the hotel. Staff on reception were always charming and nothing was too much trouble. Some very good restaurants nearby. I thought the breakfast wasn't as organized as it could have been. I had to ask for items which had run out and not been replaced. There seemed to be enough staff around but maybe not all of them were as industrious as they could have been. The choice and the food were good though!
