The reception staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much for them. Made our stay wonderful. The rooms are a little on the smaller side and some need a little updating. Pillows were too soft.

The hotel is right in front of Gare du Nord so a great location for travellers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room, though smallish, was comfortable and well furnished with a modern bathroom. There were tea making facilities in the room but no fridge. The breakfast was good with cereals, breads, scrambled eggs and ham and cheese platters so catering to many tastes. Although in a busy area, the room was quiet as the air conditioning allowed us to sleep with the windows closed. The bed was very comfortable.

Location suited us. Very good bed and an excellent breakfast. Quite expensive.

The location was fantastic! The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from Gare du Nord, which made it extremely convenient for getting around Paris and accessing public transport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and many of the city’s museums and attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and, although it wasn’t particularly spacious, it didn’t feel overly cramped either. The hotel also has an elevator, which was very convenient when taking luggage to the higher floors. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and didn’t have any major issues. My only real complaint was the drinking water situation. The hotel provides a small refillable water bottle, but there isn’t anywhere on the guest floors to refill it. Each time I needed more water, I had to go downstairs to reception, where a staff member would open another room so that the bottle could be refilled. Since I visited during the summer and was going through drinking water quite quickly, having to come downstairs every time became inconvenient. It would be great if there were a more easily accessible water refill station for guests.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable, clean and convenient location. Very handy for Eurostar at Gare du Nord. Quirky train theme makes it memorable and fun.

Location was excellent for us! And also we were able to check in early so that's really a plus for us!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Although a very small hotel the rooms were clean and good facilities. Hotel decor was amazing and breakfast well presented and more than adequate.

Very convenient for the station. Bed and pillows comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean. Bar prices expensive. Room was very noisy (outside generator or air conditioning or something making an annoying humming noise). Air conditioning set too high and couldn’t sleep as too hot. Bath instead of walk in shower and no non slip mat. Almost fell as it was so slippy. (I probably should have asked for a different room)

Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms fine. Quiet at night. Very pleasant receptionists, especially Marta. The decor is pretty grim, especially the corridors and outer doors of the rooms. What were you thinking? It looks horrible, except perhaps to a 12 year old.

I loved the location and staff were absolutely friendly. very kind and efficient Fraud messages. I booked through booking.com but i have received 5-6 messages on my whatsapp asking to arrange the payment in the link. I dont know how they got my booking details. Very scarely and I am concerned about how they handle our personal information. The message came from various numbers for a while...

Hospitality staff at reception were gr8 specifically Marta and Nida provided excellent service. Special thanks to both of them. We had to come downstairs to get cold water to drink.

The staff are amazing and super helpful. The rooms are super cute, clean and well laid out for the small size of Paris hotels. Love that it was right across from the train station which made travel with two children very easy. Lovely bakery next door. Will be back if ever in Paris again! Thank you!

Staff very helpful, offered to store my bags without prompting. Comfortable dining room/lounge area with tea, coffee available at all times. Breakfast was limited for any hot food. The scrambled eggs appeared to be powdered, some sort of grilled peppers and sausages undercooked for€18. Better spent locally at a cafe. Good choice of other cooked meats and pastries .
