Friendly service, decent location. Lots to do in the neighborhood. Housekeeping gave us a stained pillowcase. Twice. The elevator is tiny and only large enough for luggage and maybe one person.

Poor value for money. No bacon or eggs for breakfast (18 EUR). Rooms are tiny

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel about 5 mins walk from Nation station, 2 mins from Velib bike station, several small shops around. The room was very clean, with very comfortable pillows and blankets. Very convenient for metro and RER connections and the direct bus 351 to Charles de Gaulle airport. The heating (and cooling) is done through an air-conditioning unit (no central heating) which may seem odd. It was fine during my stay, not sure how it is during a proper winter.

Nice location within easy walking distance of the metro and restaurants. It is much quieter than central Paris which was very nice. The roon was quite small but very adeqaute.

Clean, comfortable and silent room, nice staff. No place in the bathroom to put things (clothes or cremes) down.

The locations is very good, just 5' from the metro station with many metro lines. The stuff was also very helpful and friendly, with 24h reception. Right next to the hotel there is market and groceries. The rooms are small but this is expected in Paris. The pillows were a little bit hard.

Very clean and excellent location My bathroom was very small, particularly the shower. I have stayed here before in a bigger room with a much bigger shower.

The staff was very nice and the location is very convenient The rooms are nothing extraordinary. A bit small and not too stilish. The breakfast was not very good.

Location and facilities Breakfast, a very complicated logistic about it, you have to reserve and decide your hot drink the night before but in the morning the staff are not ready for breakfast, no eggs, no bread, no hot drink on free service and it costs 12€ Staff could be more customer experience oriented specially the woman on the desk who is not very nice

Good location, near subway station and good restaurants around. Night receptionist doesn't speak english and was poor trained. Awful communication, confused, lost in processes. No Minibar. No air conditioning. Very small bathroom - Toilette very close to the sink. And no power socket in the bathroom. instable Wifi. Poor cleaning (dusty under the bad). Very small pillow. The room need repairs and painting. In addition to all this, there is a children's school right next to the hotel, so the screams and noises start early.

Location 169€/night for a 2-star hotel is just too much. The room was tiny and part of the ceiling too low to stand up straight

The neighborhood is quite ok. 1. The reception forced me to present my credit card and made a photocopy of it, even with the entire hotel fees paid via booking before my check-in. 2. A deposit of 150 euros is imposed with négociation failed to let the staff check my room before my leave. Because “You are FOREIGNER” said by the staff, that they are afraid of things stolen! And till now I still didn’t got my 150 euros deposit l cancelled from my bank account. 3. No hair dryer in the room! So I didn’t wash my hair the night I stay and thought about mentioning it when I checked out( very ridiculous for the caution with just NOTHING left in the room)! They told me that you need to go down and ask for it because they don’t have enough for each room. In one word, I will never ever stay in a Kyriad as a “Foreigner”!!! Racists!

Friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. 24-hour front desk. In a quiet street but very close to metro and RER. Wi-fi connection not great. Confusing choice of multiple routers, none of which provided a great signal. I was traveling alone, but my twin bed double would have been cramped for two people.

The room was really small. T The bathroom took 3 minutes to have warm water. No converter for mobile charger. No AC.
