WS Mouffetard - Panthéon

Contacted the support looking for a fan because it was too hot and I was refused one. Very poor customer service

Nothing much except the Location. They dont have any personal onsite and they cannot keep the luggage after vacating the place. Never experienced such tiny rooms. No proper ventilation into one of the bedrooms.

The bathroom smelled a bit because of the clogged sink

position difficult to enter. Small, lacking crockery etc, no couch or lounge chair to relax.

We just loved the location - very central with very good transport connections.

The bathroom smelled awful

The location is awesome, near everything you need, train station, markets, restaurants. The facilities is a little bit old, the floor and the bed has some noises.

Dirty apartment with bedbugs. We ended up all bitten, and they still want to charge city taxes. Terrible experience. I would never go back there.

The host is team, you do not really talk to a person but to a team so that no one is actually oversees addressing your concern.

Location

Location is just a few steps from metro, very convenient. We had to enter 4 codes on 4 doors to access room, very safe. The view out the window is a cafe and picturesque building.

Location was great. Handy to the Seine and all the sights. Supermarket and restaurant very close by. Good walking Access was not easy. We were given many codes but these were not straightforward. Very frustrating and no response to our our dilemma for 3 days. Shower doors very loose. No sharp knives available. Corkscrew broken. Coffee maker leaking. Hinges on bathroom door need oiling

Great location for the tube

An apartment that we have moved in firstly had some issues with schower cabin and in general it needs some renovation (sloping floor) so it does not deserve the evaluation given. But thanks to the very helpful and lovely staff we were moved to another apartment in the same building that met our expections as much. Small but you cannot expect space for such price in Paris. Well enough equipped and the most important thing is its location - pretty streets of Latin quarter and walkable distance to many known places. Would stay again!

Location If you come with 2 pieces of luggage and stroller and the apt is on 2nd floor, you will have to carry on these these things on foot. We also smelled some nasty air, no idea from where. Thw room cleanliness was a bit below average, the floor was dirty for example.

Location and metro stop across the road. Advised 6pm arrival to Paris and when we got to apartment at 7pm we had a code for the door of the apartment but no idea how to get into the building with its 2 security doors or even what apartment we were in. Had to call to get this information after a long day travelling. Apartment very small, pictures make it look much bigger. Very difficult to clean teeth in small sink with a big cupboard above it. Fridge had not been emptied from last visitor, there was a half eaten sandwich and half bottle of wine in there.

Great location. Very peaceful. Facilities are perfect for our needs as a family. Changes to linen and bedding, emptying bins mid stay very welcomed. Staff have been very helpful and professional helping us with all our requests.
