Hot water wasn't working well, no one cleaner room and no staff at front desk when needed them
-
LOCATION Now it is a Raddison would have expected more than wooden knives and spoons
-
good value no options for breakfast on site those close by not open every day and 2km a bit far to get to something open
-
Some staff at front desk can’t understand English well.

The room was modern, clean, and well presented. It felt comfortable overall with a nice, tidy atmosphere. The layout was practical and made it a pleasant space to relax in. The bed was quite firm and left me with a sore back the next day. The room was also located near the reception, which made it quite noisy and disruptive at times. There was also a small amount of mould visible on the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Additionally, the service lady at reception could have been more welcoming, as the interaction felt a bit abrupt.

Well located hotel going through some renovations Odd signage
-
Every thing, great location, good restaurant
-
Road noise and bathroom needs a bit of a freshen up.

Room and location was alright. The staff was a bit disconcerning. They were a bit clueless on how to handle, and on the day their network wasn't working right, so that delayed the check in and was a bit messy.
-
Great location. Simple, no bells and whistles but well priced There was a sound of a running tap or shower or leaking pipe all night.
-
location was excellent Check in wasn't correct and we were allocated a wrong room. Communication was poor

The reception staff member was exceptional, he helped us with many questions and was kind, considerate and extremely courteous. The room was very clean and tidy and the hotel is in a great location for access to the hospital system in Melbourne. The lift was broken and as we were staying with our 80 year old father it was extremely difficult to navigate stairs as he is very unwell. To the credit of the staff member he did try his best to get us into a ground level room but unfortunately they were fully booked, and it was not the fault of the hotel that the lift had been tampered with. The shower was also unsuitable for any person with mobility issues as you had to climb into a bath to shower and the side was quite high, so I would recommend asking about a room with an easy access shower facility if this was a problem for any person.

Location was excellent It’s falling to pieces. Elevator doesn’t work and lots of things are broken.

The room was pretty clean, the location was great, getting there was easy, it was really cheap, the staff were really helpful and friendly! The amenities weren't great, my room didn't even have soap so I was just using the shampoo, there also wasn't any fresh water in the room just an empty fridge which was quite disappointing. The bed was really uncomfortable too, I only managed to get an hours sleep and I woke up sore. Just expect the bare minimum for a hotel room if you decide on staying here.
-
The bed was very large and easily accommodated my partner and myself, there was a nice sitting area by the large windows that let in lots of light. The hairdryer was good, and there was plenty of storage for one night. TERRIBLE shower, it didn't have a door and the water came out as a dribble. Only sink was the bathroom sink, no extra pillows, mould in shower, very thin walls, no microwave, pictures online looked nothing like the room we had. For the price we paid, I was very disappointed in the facilities. Will not ever stay here again.

Children were crying and screaming all night no noise insulation
-
P The stop was very friendly and everything like that but the the rooms went very clean and the bathroom wasn't very cleaned. They had no spoons knives Cuttery. No cups to drink out of. We all had to go and get them. It was quite expensive for the price that we pied was quite expensive what Oh Lord, locked about it was it was close to tell town and the trains were on across the road. That was only a good part about the staff are friendly
-
The doors have large gaps that let in both light and sound. We could hear the person across the hall vomiting loudly for 2 hours straight beginning at 7am. It sounded as if he was in the room with us because his door and our door were directly across from each other with no soundproofing efforts.
-
Great location for what I required. Easy to get to public transport. Many places to eat close by. Bathroom facilities were dated and needed to be refreshed. No shower screen. Internet was slow.
-
Felt like renovations were not completed, no toilet roll holder, brackets for soft soap, etc not including items that you would expect for your stay, disappearing
