I loved the location and I loved the view from our room and the staff were amazing There wasn’t a vaccum and the wind in the hallway through our front door would make quite a lot of noise

I loved the location of this hotel - we walked to restaurants and westfield was a short distance away. You had to pay for parking but it didn't guarantee a spot.

The penthouse looked really nice and was big, we had 8 of us stay there for 5 nights. We had a cleaner come into our penthouse room at 11pm, he knocked and then walked in without saying hi or introducing himself just to put a single glass in our cupboard. Which in a room full of girls we were quite scared as we tried to ask him what he was doing and he wouldn’t talk, he also didn’t have a meriton staff shirt on. They also took all our shampoos and conditioners on our second day from the penthouse and didn’t bring them back or refill as well as our towels. It was a very weird stay.

Very practical place to stay with Woolworths literally next door and two restaurants on the lower ground floor. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Nice bathroom with no leaks from the shower. Uncomfortable bed, too large for the room so couldn't close the door. No forks in the kitchen, also strange kitchen layout with overhead cabinets so low you hit your head trying to use the bench space. Corridor outside room smelled like rubbish chute. No free weights in the gym.

The room was not bad. I did not like the staff or that i couldnt use cash to pay for the hotel then had to travel to numerous suburbs to find an atmosphere that was not out of order to deposit cash and couldnt achieve that and check in until after 3am.
